Personality: Lars is quiet, serious, and slow to anger. Wise beyond his years, and immeasurabley more powerful. Lars prefers hand to hand combat, give his lightning reflexes, he finds open battle easier than trying to manipulate elements as your allies. Lars has a strict policy on what is appropriate and what is not, he won't tolerate the frivilous nature of most Airbenders, and despises Waterbenders with a passion. He enjoys boasting about his life, and his recent victims. He is more than capable of backing up every word he says. Lars doesn't back down from fights no matter how large, or vicious his opponent may seem. His favorite food is grilled Arctic Hen.

Abilities: Lars was born with the unnatural ability to bend lightning, he is, however, incapable of bending fire. His parents, relatives, and teachers all said he was one in a billion. Lars uses lightning to enhance his movement speed, giving rise to deadly precision, and inhuman relfexes. Lars typically channels lightning through his opponent's bodies rather than blasting them. He thinks that the latter is too messy.

Appearance: Lars appears lean and muscular, but typically has his hair spiked. When it's down, it hangs to just above shoulder length.

Lars has a scar over his right eye, and multiple blade scars across his chest and back. Lars typically wears his organisations armor. lars nearly always has his hair spiked, or, at least, up. He rarely wears anything aside from his armor but, if he does, can be found wearing a fine training clothes, usually just the pants.

Weaponry & Other Gear: "Tiger" Armor. This armor is generally regarded as the toughest material known to man. It is worn by the leader of an assassin organsiation known as Tiger. Currently only one member exists.

History: Lars was born into a wealthy family without much to do but spend his parent's money. Lars was restrained by his father, and coddled by his mother. His younger sister always mocked him for it, as she was usually free to do what she pleased. In Lars' opinion, that's why she had a kid at the age of 17. Despite his own shackles holding him in place, Lars convinced his parents to allow him trainers, men who were later berated for spending too much time stressing over the importance of planning. Lars spent everyday honing his skills, spending as little time inside as possible. When confronted about his lack of drive to do chores or other household activities, he always responded by saying a growing boy needed exercise. His parents could think of no obvious reply. As an effect, Lars had developed his lightning abilities unhindered for years. He went through twenty teachers between the ages of 13 to 23. At this age, Lars announced he was leaving, and allowed his parents to bar his way, literally. Locks, and iron gates were applied to his window and door, guards were posted 24/7. Despite their precautions, Lars vanished one night. His window and door were still barred, no clear explaination to his escape. he was just gone. He formed his own organisation, becoming an assassin at age 27. He is plagued by men seeking him out, mercenaries, and the like, hired by his parents. They wanted a perfect son, a boy who would sit when told to sit, dance when told to dance, and act how he was told to act. Many of the mercenaries wind up dead, but more come. Lars enjoys the challenge.

Most of your appearance section could actually go in the personality section. So add some stuff about his appearance.

I'm saying that I don't understand why this is in appearance. So move it to personality and then add some more to the appearance section.
