Factions, Groups, Leaders, Etc. (Apply here!)

In light of the numerous recent questions regarding factions, groups, leaders, etc and all that other fancy jazz, I decided to make a one-stop thread to answer all those questions. This thread will list important world leaders, and will also give off the names of various groups, both active and inactive, and their leaders.

Anyone who wants to join one of these (or perchance make their own) please post such in here. Generally I'm not too strict on what can become a group (as plenty of small radical groups exist to day, which is why idiots like Al Sharpton still get taken seriously). The reason I want people to post about them here is so that I can add them to the list and keep it up to date.
