Tsuyoshi Hayashi	Tsu and Yurio were walking through the streets of Ba Sing Se's middle ring. His family had a house in the upper ring set aside for the Hayashi family, but he rarely went there. It was quite large, and he didn't honestly care much for luxuries right now. He had just been working in a local smelters, forging the ingots with his bending, so as a result he was covered with soot. He was, as per usual, walking without a shirt or shoes on, too allow the full extent of his abilities. He wandered around, until he found a bath house. He touched Yurio lightly, who promptly burrowed underground, he was gone in a heartbeat. There was an extensive set of tunnels under the city, the nwest ones made by a certain badger mole. Tsu walked into the bath house, and used of of the baths there. He cleaned up his body, before emerging half an hour later. He yawned, and counted his money. He had made back what he had spent on the jounrey to Ba Sing Se, which was good news. He headed down the winding streets of the city, until he found the place he was staying, a nice little inn/tea shop. The rooms were slightly cramped, but furnished decently enough, and the innkeeper and his wife were lovely people. It was close too were he had found work, so that was better news for him as well. He sat down at a table, and just let the time slip by. He had been hoping too find a teacher, someone who could teach him metal and earth bending, too an expert level. No one would teach him so far, he sighed slightly, before looking out the window.

Umbra	Umbra seemed to have a knack for causing property damage. While she normally reserved her fighting for trying to stop crimes, a man at a bar had been very forward with her. His invitation had quickly gone sour, and his aggression became clear soon after. Once he decided his best bet was to grab her, Umbra would not have it anymore. She shot him out of the bar, bending metal that adorned various parts of his clothes to throw him through the door. Once outside, she turned the road into a tidal wave of rock and dirt, knocking the man further and further down the street. No passersby were harmed, amazingly, but the rocky wave was definitely large enough to be seen from far away and obviously could only be created by a powerful earthbender. The man was probably a bender himself, but Umbra's pure power overrode any say he had in this fight. Umbra finally bent the metal from a nearby fountain, ripping a steel pipe out of the ground. She used this and coiled it around the man, who no longer had a way to move. The road was ruined, the ground was spraying water everywhere, but the man had learned his lesson. Now she had to escape before the authorities made her pay for all the damages. Of course there were witnesses, someone was bound to be watching from the road or a window.

Tsuyoshi Hayashi	Tsu blinked as the noise of several things breaking filled the room. He stood up and walked to a window where he had a view of the square, and felt his jaw drop. Outside the terrain had become rugged and there was water spewing everywhere. He flung open the door and stomped a foot down on the Earth. Yurio surfaced a second later, and looked around. The badgermole, being a master earthbender by species, leveled the terrain with a few fluid motions. Tsu looked at the fountain too see a woman standing over a man who appeared to have a water pipe tied around him. He blinked, and walked towards the person. He looked at her, and folded his arms, not in an angry way, supposedly in a defensive way. Yurio walked over to him, and looked at the woman. Yurio was a foot bigger than Tsu, so it was evident he was still young for a badgermole. Tsu spoke to the woman, with a tone of mild shock. "Did... Did you just turn the street into what it was? If so, wow" Tsu looked around again. Yurio had flattened the rest of the pathways, but the fountain was still gushing water everywhere. He sighed, and looked at the woman, with expectant eyes.

Umbra	Umbra was ready to make her getaway when a badgermole appeared in the street and completely fixed the destruction she'd caused to everything except for the fountain. She was quite stunned, and she'd honestly never seen a badgermole before. A man appeared soon after, and asked with his arms folded whether she'd been the cause of all this. "Yeah, well. I have a temper..." she muttered. The man looked at Umbra as if he wanted something from her. She was confused at first, until she felt how wet and soggy her shoes were. She bent the piping of the fountain in such a way that no more water escaped. "Look, I can't stick around here. This was in self defense, but that probably won't fly as an excuse. See you around." she said. She was ready to leave as quickly as possible. ((Sorry dude, I got crazy sick. I'm still crazy sick, but yeah, sorry.))

Tsuyoshi Hayashi	Yurio walked up to the woman and stared at her, cocking his head. Tsu loved Yurio for many reasons, one of them was the fact that he could draw eyes. Few had ever seen a badgermole, and few still had seen a tame one. Tsu looked at the woman again, deciding on what to do next. He sighed and nodded to himself. He tapped his foot lightly on the floor. Yurio sprang into the air and began to dig A tunnel to the Hayashi home in the upper ring. Tsu looked back at the woman, and spoke. "If you honestly want to get out of here without a bounty, follow me" Tsu jumped into the tunnel after his badgermole, it was her choice whether or not to follow. The tunnel entrance closed a few moments later, she had followed or she didn't. Tsu left the hole in the courtyard of his family home, they wouldn't find her here. He turned to the tunnel and waited.

Umbra	Umbra sort of shied away from the badgermole once it got close to her. It was still pretty foreign to her and a bit intimidating. The man seemed to have the badgermole under complete control however. She observed that after he tapped his foot, the creature began digging into the ground with strength only to be expected from the origin of earthbending. "If you honestly want to get out of here without a bounty, follow me." She couldn't argue with an offer like that. The man went into the tunnel, and Umbra followed. The tunnel was soon closed at the entrance, and it became very dark. She put her hands on the walls, so she could tell where she was going. They soon emerged into the courtyard of a home. Umbra felt a bit awkward and didn't know what to do or say. "Umm, thanks..."

Tsuyoshi Hayashi	The badgermole took one last look at the woman, before going to curl up in the corner of the courtyard. Tsu however kept his eyes on the woman who he had just dragged underneath the walls to his family home. Despite how much he disliked the emptiness off the place, he knew no one would look for the woman here. Tsu checked his meteor metal gauntlets before looking at the woman. "Well, that went well, I'm Tsu by the way, and the badgermole is Yurio" He paused just long enough to look at the badgermole before looking back at the woman. "The reason I offered you an escape route is because I am looking for a teacher... I know my own bending Whitmore could be so much better, but I need a teacher... I know this is sudden and maybe rude but could you teach me?" Tsu knew that she might deny him, but even if she did he knew he could find someone... Hopefully she would teach him...

Umbra	The badgermole walked into a corner and curled up for a nap, which made Umbra smile a bit. It was kind of cute. The man introduced himself as Tsu and the badgermole as Yurio. "I'm Umbra," she replied. What Tsu said next sort of took her by surprise. "The reason I offered you an escape route is because I am looking for a teacher... I know my own bending could be so much better, but I need a teacher... I know this is sudden and maybe rude but could you teach me?" "Ummmmm...." she looked away, trying to think of why she should or shouldn't teach Tsu how to earthbend well. She'd been taught by a teacher for many years, so she sort of knew the methods for teaching. Maybe she would be better at this than she thought. Plus, he'd helped her out, so she sort of felt obligated to repay him. "I don't know how good of a teacher I'd be...but I could try I guess." she tentatively responded.

Tsuyoshi Hayashi	Tsu's mind was very one track in some ways. He could do most things very well, yet some things he did not care for. Tsu smiled slightly as she tentatively agreed to be his teacher. He nodded and spoke, with a happy tone. "Thank you, Umbra, I am sure you will be a wonderful teacher. We can practice here, the place is big enough..." It was true, the courtyard of his family home was quite large. And Yurio could always repair the damage easily. Tsu looked at Umbra again and smiled, waiting for her to speak, or do something.

Umbra	Umbra felt a little uncomfortable to be honest. This had all gone very fast, and she hardly ever assessed herself when it came to skill. Plus, she didn't know if she would be able to put her bending into words. She had been thinking for a while now, and when she looked at Tsu, she realized he'd been patiently waiting for her to do something. "Oh right...umm....well...can you show me what you can already do? I need to know where you are already." She assumed he already knew how to bend somewhat, otherwise it would be pretty hard to teach him.

Tsuyoshi Hayashi	Tsu blinked for a moment when she said this. No one had ever asked him to show them what he could do, he would have to improvise. She had said umm however, which suggested she was just struggling for things to say, maybe? Hmm, this could go two ways right now. But right now Tsu had showing-off to do. He took a deep breath in, before taking three steps back. He guessed he should show her his Metal bending first, he smiled slightly, this technique had been one he had been working on for a few months, and he finally had it down, mostly. He performed a series of movements, causing his gauntlets too shudder, then they did their thing. They literally began to cover his body in metal, the gauntlets were expanding over his upper torso, creating a chestplate. Meteor metal had two properties, it was strong and it was flexible, it was this that allowed Tsu to create an armor from such little gauntlets. The next step had been the tricky one. Tsu performed another set of movements. This time the armor produced a blade from the forearm section. Sharp, and razor sharp. Tsu grunted, and released his bending, the armor shrank back into his gauntlets. There was much he could do with metal, if he put his mind to it. Next came earthbending, the one he had more control over. He started by kicking the ground, which raised two pillars next to him, he then made a third smaller one under him, propelling him into the air. He landed on the third one. With his hands he grabbed the two pillars, and started punching them in unison, this caused them too shatter into tiny, razor sharp stones. He then bended those around him, like a disc. Yurio stood up and yawned, and hit the ground. All of the earth was returned too normal, the badermole fell straight back to sleep. Tsu spoke, rather sheepishly. "I know it isn't much but is the best I can do... I can metal bend, earth bend, and use the earth sensory ability, like Yurio."
