Personality:Seira is generally a happy person. She is usually seen with either a smile or an amused expression on her face. A frown or tears are rare signs of trouble or conflict in her life. Usually a very friendly and joking person, Seira can show and attitude of bushido like attitude towards challenges in her life. However, as someone who wears most of her expression on her sleeve she is capable of hiding emotions under a smiling mask that has been perfected over the years. (60)
Abilities: Seira has developed her skills through the use of copying the movement of fire bender and incorporating them into dance. She started training at a young age as almost a self defense program and continued to practice while focusing on dance. Seira has a dire fear of large expanses of water and is unable to properly swim due to a traumatic childhood event. (60)
Appearance: Seira is of normal height without any out of place features. Her skin is lightly tanned and almost smooth, with very few callus on her hands. Seira’s hair is a black that is verging on blue,long and wavy, reaching to her mid back and is often made up into elaborate styles. Seira has an inviting face with almond shaped gold eyes, graceful curving eyebrows and somewhat plump lips. She is often wearing kimonos that vary from loose and flowing to a few body hugging cheongsams that accentuate her hour glass figure. Seira has a large burn on her upper arm, going from her shoulder and almost down to her elbow. She got it while dancing, she danced to close to a fire bender providing a back ground to her performance and a blast of fire seared her. Since then she either wears long sleeves or covers it with makeup though the scar tissue has been slowly receding.

Weaponry & Other Gear: Seira carries about a pair of fans that she had specialy made. Because Seira is rarely in conflict and in the odd chance she is, silken words usually entangle situations her fans double as blades because of the slim but razor sharp edge on the tips that are rarely used other than for show.

Description: Made with slim but study bamboo poles, Blood Moon’s black silk has a pattern with a single red moon in the center with a dragon circled around the border and surrounded by flowers that “bleed” white. The very tips of the fans have a thin sliver of red metal that requires meticulous care.
White Fang Materials: Bamboo rods and finely made white silk.
Description: White Fang is made of finely made black silk with the simple pattern of a white flame in which a dragon is curled in a circle. The thin blade at the top of the fan is silver and glints in the light.

Most of Seira’s 18 years have been spent within palace walls as a dancer. She was born in Shu Jing or so she likes to believe because of the affectionate moniker ‘Mountain girl’. Left on a step within the royal grounds without anyone to claim her, Seira was taken in by the dancers who found her instead of being sent to an orphanage. This twist of fate led to a somewhat pampered life within the halls of the Dancers. As a child Seira was quiet and reserved, keeping to herself and socializing only when necessary, a somewhat antisocial attitude.
Most times while other children her age were playing in groups she found a way to amuse herself. It was also at a young age that she expressed an interest in the dancing that she was surrounded by daily as well as fire bending though she lacked the talent to produce fire. Her determination is one of many factors making her way into the ranks of young dancers and even advancing quite a few of them. Seira has a seemingly natural affinity to dance and is a quick learner, grasping hard techniques if not mastering a few in less than the allotted time. Because Seira often comes into contact with nobles and high ranking officials she has been trained and refined in etiquette to act as company if the need be.
As she grew older Seira developed a dance style of her own, incorporating the use of fans and forms of fire bending which she still practices as a sort of self defense. At age 15 she developed a longing to explore outside of the Fire Nation which she is currently fulfilling for pleasure as well as educational purposes and she recently danced for Fire Lord Shula. She was disappointed by the fact that she danced in the company of others, unable to truly show off.

Seira walked down the hall, curiously glancing up at the small curiousities she found in the halls that she walked so often. A gentle breeze blew in through open windows and rustled thin curtains as her kimono trailed on carpeted floor. She passed a guard and greeted him with a quick nod of the head then found herself outside in the gardens. The greenery refreshed her from the painted walls of her rooms and the close hallways. She took a deep breath breathing in the air, scenting hints of jasmine and lily from the carefully kept grounds. Bur before she could continue her wandering, she was called for and reentered through the doors she had come.
