Air Council

The Air Council is now part of our roleplay.

To start off the Air Council, Koeten will be serving as the Western Air Council. There are five members of each air temple council, and 4 air temples, but the other 4 members besides Koeten are NPC, got it?

So until we get more airbenders on the site Koeten will also be NPC'ing the other Air Temple Councils, if needed. He controls the air temples until we get more air benders.

Out of all four temples.. why did you have to choose the abandoned one XD? If you read the descriptions you would have known.

Western is abandoned still, Northern is not used by airbenders but by the offspring from the refugees.

Only the Eastern and Southern Air Temples are active as Airbending training temples.

Liao, I said he could.
It is long after Aang and friends, and so there Western has been repopulated.

But if it is a problem to you I suppose we could.. change it.
