Let it be known that Eye is a secondary character and I wont be going crazy with him.

Personality: (229)  Eye is a beast wearing the skin of a man.  He is rules by his desires and passions, the four f's, and due to his long exposure to the wilds does not understand most civilized thought processes.  Eye does not understand possession.  He takes what he wants, keeps it for however long he so chooses, and then casts it away.  Because he spent over a decade without human contact and only time with the creatures of the sea Eye is dangerous and will often only interact with something if he is hunting it.  Without developing in civilzation Eye doesn't hate, there are things he dislikes and will avoid but because they are often an animal or a place Eye doesn't hate them and doesn't understand the complexities of the word(which is not in his vocabulary).  Eye has learned to be cautious because of how small he is in compare to the other things that share his environment.  Naturally Eye was a shy person so growing up in solitude made him shy away from human contact and become what he has.  Eye was only seven years old when was lost at sea and because of that added to a lack of human contact and a need to speak his vocabulary is very small, he would not be able to speak at all if he hadn't gone slightly mad with loneliness and started to speak to himself.  This is actually how he decided on his name, Eye, for with time the one given to him was forgotten.  

Abilities: (399) Eye is a very developed bender for his age group and might have been known as a protege if fate had been kinder, a skill that was forced upon him in order to stay alive.  Eye's waterbending is on the power level of a master bender but his control and grace is that of a basic to intermediate student.  The only part of Eye's waterbending that could be called a technique is his breathing.  Eye has developed a skill in which he floods his lungs' with water and bends the air inside the water directly into the pathways that they need to be in for him to survive, he effectively changed his lungs into gills.  That said he has been doing it for so long that if he leaves the water he doesn't know how to breathe, though it would not kill him the shock with send his body into madness.  Eye has used the skill for so long and so effectivly that his body continues to use it while he sleeps.

Eye's ability to icebend is far less devloped than his waterbending but where is waterbending has the chaos of nature his icebending reflects his humanity.  Eye bends claws onto his hands and a helmet onto his head, which acts like a more feral head using it's teeth to bite other creatures of the sea.  Eye is able to create ice spears and uses them to hunt and defend himself as well.  The most important iceform that Eye makes is his sleeping dome.  He creates several domes of ice with pockets missing layering them so water can filter through but keep out things that would do him harm.

Eye's healing skill is the most basic of his abilities, and he has only learned it recently, within the last four years of his life.  He is able to mend small wounds he acquires and is able to stop decently sized cuts from bleeding.

Above all else though Eye is a survivor, Eye has discovered what types of fish and other aquatic life he is able to eat raw without becoming sick.  His body has changed, becoming warmer than those who inhabit the surface to adjust to living in the water always.  Like a successful hunter Eye has learned when to fight and when to flee.  Being smart yet raised as an animal allowed Eye to become a wonderful survivor.

Appearance:(230)  Eye is always naked and has long black hair that is tangled and constantly floating about his head.  His light brown skin would be far darker if he ever visited the world above the waves and got some sunlight.  His brown eyes confuse as they shift from man to beast as his soul inside wrestles to understand itself.  His body has grown a thin but consuming layer of hair across his body to keep it warm from the cold waters it lives in.  Eye has a long and lean body with muscles that have been sculpted from years of constant swimming.  His body is darted with scars from predators and prey that didn't desire to be so.  Eye has large feet and hands attached to his long limbs that are elongated further by nails that have only been cut by fate.

Eye could be quite handsome if he were to shorten and comb his hair, cut his nails, brush his teeth (though that might be a lost cause), and put some nice clothes on.  You wouldn't be able to tell but beneath his beard his jawline is cut perfectly and high cheekbones give him a regal look.  The only thing that might turn the ladies away would be the slight bit of nose he is missing from a time when he was young and a hungry fish took it off.
