Abilities: She has very good control over her firebending. She refuses to use it for harm, instead uses it to enhance her cooking. With great control over her fire, she is able to control its temperature. If threatened she will use her fire to help her escape or her skilled martial arts.

Appearance: She has a red bandanna that she wears on her head. She has a brown bowl cut and brown eyes.

History: Born on Shu Jing, a quiet city, Rou lived a normal life. She attended the academy to learn control of her bending, but her main practice of it was in her cooking training under her father; the best chef in town. Her mother often worried if she would lose control of her bending and thus the insistence of her use be only at the academy; so her father trained her in secret at the restaurant or at home.
