Personality: (40) Xaal can be very irresponsible. He is late for most events such as meetings, parties, and dinners. He loses a lot of stuff and forgets many thing but he always has an excuse. Though he is like this, he does take one thing seriously....his duty to the Northern Water Tribe. When it comes to his job he is very formal and proper, with not the slightest slip or mess-up. He loves to insult people, not aggressively, but jokingly. He likes to read books and learn more about ancient culture.

Abilities: (40) Xaal is great at Waterbending. He is also gifted with healing abilities. He can fake Airbending. This is his signature move (similar to Iroh's lightning redirection). He discovered it by studying airbenders. He bends the water vapor while in gas-form and pressurizes and compresses all the vapor around him into the small area that the enemy is in, causing the enemy to take immense air pressure. The enemy usually suffers Tinitus and broken bones or multiple bruises (less commonly broken bones)... Many people who witness this move have no idea whats going on, as they cannot see the pressurized water vapor until its too late and the water falls to the ground, it looks as though a person randomly was drenched out of nowhere and was hurt by it.



Appearance: (60) He is 5 feet 11 inches, or 180 centimeters tall. He is 141 pounds. He has a straight face and his body is slightly muscular, not enough to be totally amazed. He wears a Black robe with a white scarf. Sometimes he wears a white
outer robe over his black one. He has straight black hair. his bangs are divided into three parts that are held together by a metal piece in his hair. He has silvery blue to green eyes, they are narrow.

History: (120) Xaal was born to two wealthy and valorous parents. His father was a General in the military. His father's father was a General in Sozin's War.
When he was 8 he started at Icewell Academy. He was happy to go to Icewell, just as his father was. He was a real joker. He would pull pranks on his classmates and his teachers, however he had very good grades.
Xaal graduated with about 400 students from Icewell Academy when he was 16 years of age. He earned Salutatorian of his class and was granted a scholarship to the University of Ba Sing Se to study in science. He left the Northern Water Tribe for Ba Sing Se and studied there for 8 years, earning the title Doctor. He had already been great at waterbending by the time he had graduated from college, at the age 24. He stayed in Ba Sing Se and taught Chemistry, being known as Dr. Osiris.

THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IF I GET NORTHERN CHEIF
After his teaching year, he was 26. He returned home to the Northern Tribe only to find out that they were absent of a cheif. During the council meeting Xaal's professor, Prof. Aurakora, nominated Xaal. Aurakora said that Xaal held the title of Salutatorian of his class of about 400, and that he had skills of Avatar Kuruk (This was obviously an exxageration) . Xaal was tested and turned out to be worthy of the title of cheif. He rose to power as the Water Cheif.

While we'd love to have a new Northern Water Chief, your character is incredibly overpowered. Please tone him down a bit (a lot). Not even our Avatar has this kind of power.
