Abilities: (40) Bending protdigy , very skilled in his abilities, able to freeze water hundreds of degrees below freezing point while keeping its liquid form, fast and quick thinking, able to draw from the moisture in the air, however often he believes too highly in himself and does not take into account the movements of others, under trained and often uses his raw power unintelligent, but he is really good and focused on healing, he puts intense efforts and interest in healing. trained in all forms of bending (Swampy, Northern, Southern)

Appearance: (60) He is very attractive, 6'1, 149 pounds, his eyes are dark, mistakable black and aged, his eyes reek of maturity, his nose is sleek and pointed, his skin is fair, tight and lightly tanned, he is tall, thin and has kinda boyish shoulders, he appears younger than his age though his eyes make up for it, he wears a loose dark blue sleeved shirt under a tight white leather vest, he wears medium loose black leggings, and low (almost shoe like) boots, he has no gloves for he likes to better his connection to the air for when he draws water from it, he has four water pouches connected to his belt for bending, and a two spirit oasis necklaces for emergency healing.

History: (120) Kataroka was born to wealthy socialite parents who spoiled him and loved him beyond belief, they sought out to teach him all that could be taught so that he may be as praised and socially talented as they were while also having the book smarts to back it up. He of course exceeded tremendously at this, having barely any difficulty at mastering any mental knowledge, however it was not this that was astounding but rather his raw ability in the bending arts, he at a very young age excelled dramatically at the fighting art forms of bending. And his parents were not far behind to praise him. This praise however quickly got to him and he felt too great for most of his masters and teachers, he idly paid attention to their teaching and often skipped most details that would ensure him the title of master. It was only after his parents died when he was 13 did he take an interest in healing, they drowned out to sea while fishing. This left him orphaned and no where to go but with his distant relatives in the inner section of the city. When he moved with them he soon came to realize his blood connection to a past Avatar and sought out to learn all the history of his nation, the water tribe. He put his schooling aside to master his bending form and social status by travelling not only throughout the Northern water tribe but also the southern and smaller swampy tribes throughout the earth kingdom. By the time he was 19 he returned to the palace and waited, with the knowledge and support of countless socialites, he waited for the perfect momment to take the position of chief and rise the water tribe to greatness.
