Abilities: Tony can bend water to the motion that it can be dangerous but he is still a student so he might have some trouble with the controlling part of the water. Tony can push and pull water and lift it up about 11 inches off the ground and then drop it. For instance, Tony cannot produce a huge wave yet, because it's hard for him to control all of the water in the upward position. Whenever the moon comes up, Tony has a sudden burst of power in bending and MORE than the normal burst.

Appearance: Tony has crystal blue eyes and his skin color is a light caramel. He has a few muscles on his arms that make some of the girls like him but he isn't really that strong yet. He usually wears his blue water tribe long sleeve shirt, with white stripes for the outlining
and He wears a sort of belt that he straps 2 pouches of water on so that when bending is needed He will have water. He wears his blue pants that matches his shirt with 2 pockets on each side of his pants and a white outlining on the bottom of the pants. He wears black boots
with a white zipper that goes from the middle of his boots down.

History: Tony was a boy who people called "Special" because he was born on a solar eclipse. As the years grew by and he reached the age of 9, he began his training with the man who addressed himself as "Master Xite" and he taught Talon better ways to control the water around him. As he reached age 12 which is his current age right now, began studying more about waterbending in library's and training more harder in order to get better at waterbending. He now is still training with Master Xite who is a excellent teacher according to Tony. Tony has been training with Master Xite for 2 and a half years now and when he reaches 3, that will be when his training is over and he will go on to other masters to train with.
