Personality: E`fel-va~in is a cautious young girl, not wanting to pick fights but not against participating in them if it goes against what she believes. She enjoys solitude and observing rather than partaking in complete human interactions. She rarely speaks unless spoken to and even then very few words leave her mouth. Even though she does not speak she was a strong opinion wrapped up in her head that sometimes leaks out despite the situation. She can be rather impulsive and has learned how to take herself out of the equation quite easily. Naturally she moves quickly and lethally, though it is normally to flee not to fight

Abilities: E`fel-va~in is a waterbender. Unlike some she doesn't often use sharp quick jerky movements, more flowing movements almost like a dance. Rarely does she use her ability to engage in offensive battle, more likely to use them as defense and protection though on occasion she does snap. She has been training as a water bender since she was just a baby...so over time with practice she has become decent at it. She hopes one day to be able to heal with the water rather than harm.

Apperance: She is rather small at the height of 5'5ft and the weight of 113lbs but that makes her light on her feet and rather fast. Her eyes are a pale golden white flecked with albino mint green and ice blue. The tone of her skin is a pale olive, not the dark tan of a good amount of water benders, the olive color standing out slightly, seeming a bit grey. Her hair falls down past her shoulder blades and is a curly white blonde mess. Normally when she isnt in the colder regions of the world she wears barefeet and when she must a pair of deer skin boots. Being from the Foggy Swamp her natural clothing is a cover of a skirt almost, a similar color to her skin, whiter even rimmed with a grey brown, the cloth that wraps around her upper torso is the same. When in the colder regions she wears a pale blue cloak wrapped around her, silky seeming on the outside and lined with fur on the inside, it always tied and wrapped tightly around her, falling down over the top of her boots.

History: When E`fel-va~in was young, around the age of 7 her mother passed away to a disaease of the swamp, were she was born. Before then her father hadn't always been the niced but he wanted what was best for her and her mother even when he didnt have the best way of showing his emotion of love. By that age both her mother and father had taught her in the swamp how to live and survive on her own as well as bend, for they too were benders. Her father had a more forceful way of teaching her but she never complained, her mother's had been more gentle and patient. The training sessions after her mothers passing with her father became more rigourous and strict and then when she was 10 he just stopped...he stopped teaching her...he stopped helping her...he stopped talking to her..he stopped everything. She understood why...things weren't easy on him and she understood that he needed someone to take it out on..for a while it had been her and now it was himself. She didnt bother him...he didnt acknowledge her. Once she began to cook and to hunt for the both of them things became easier on him, and she was thankful for that. When she was 15 one day she woke and he just wasn't there anymore...and she understood. So she stayed there and lived as she had for the past few years, feeding herself but always making enough for two, training herself with the same routine her father had her go by since she was 7 and then one day she too left the swamp and like her father she didn't come back.

Sample RP: She lay curled on her side underneath the large tree she had called home since she was just a baby in her mothers arms just as she did every other day. Quietly she sat herself up and stretched out her long young arms. Not wanting to wake her father she stood silently and stretched out her long legs as well, piviting at the hips to crack her spine and take a glance back at her father were he slept soundlessly behind her on his own moss spred. When she opened her albino eyes halfway turned around in the middle of releaving the musceles in her back her whole body fell cold even in the murky, humid weather of the swamp. The feeling in her fingers disapeared for a moment and it seemed that around the edges everything faded a little darker and her head became a little lighter, her shoulders a little heavier. The moss was empty...and there was none of her fathers weapons...none of his things...no trace of him anywhere. But just like she did every other day she broke out of her stretch, did the other side and went outside of the small hollow in the tree near its roots and out into the surrouding swamp to begin her training for the day, not happy, not not sorrowful either. She understood why he had gone and she understood she wasn't meant to be glum about it...she didn't have him anymore, but she hadn't had him for years anyway...and so she continued on with not a look of seriousness on her sharp-boned face but a look of understanding and acceptance

Approved, nicely done. I'd argue that your name is a bit odd with all the symbols and whatnot, but I'm not going to deny you for that. Have fun RPing, and thanks for doing a character page.
