Personality: The Tailor is extremely ruthless when it comes to getting whatever she wants. She will often go to great lengths in order to get someones skin for her clothing. She has shown sadistic pleasure while in the act of ripping off someones skin while the are still alive.

Abilities: Uses water bending to create needle like claws on her right hand. They are long and slender, each one fitting over her fingers and thumb like a glove. She can also use water bending to create claws on her left hand that are scissor like. She is a very skilled tailor.

Appearance: She has brown hair that is in a pony tail, and it also goes down to the middle of her back. Her olive skin is smooth as a new born baby's skin. She is very beautiful in appearance. Her bust is quite large and firm. Her clothing is fashioned by the skin of her victims. At first glance it looks like normal animal skin, until you notice the faces put into the seams. She is 5'4 in height and weighs 102 lbs.

History: Abandoned at the age of three, the Tailor did not have an easy childhood. By the age of five, she had learned that all things can be hunted and killed in order to make clothing and feed herself. Naturally, this included humans as well. By the age of ten she was already wearing human clothing and she had earned herself the name of Tailor. She began to wonder around the Earth Kingdom, increasing her reputation and was given a rather high bounty for her arrest. During the war, she would wander out to the fields at night and skin whatever soldier who was unlucky enough to have been alive at the time that she came out to get her supplies.
