Oasis

Jung-Su hin	There aren't many oases in the Si Wong desert, but nature gets the most out of the few that exist. This particular oasis is one of the largest, composed of three pools of water - two of them only a few yards across, while the third is somewhat bigger. Lush vegetation surrounds the three pools out to a few yards, before tapering away into sparser plant life before abruptly segueing back into bare sand. The young Sandbender has parked his sand glider next to the oasis proper, leaving most of his belongings there, while he takes a break from his travels. He's currently sat next to one of the smaller pools, a pot of water boiling next to him, with a special contraption atop it to capture the steam and pour the purified water into a flask. Jung-Su is currently poring over charts, frowning a little bit. "Okay... so if I head directly north of here I should reach Full Moon Bay... And from there it's just a small boat ride to Ba Sing Se, if I want to go there..."

Loki	Loki had been "sailing" and had wound up flying over a vast desert. Today, she hadn't been going anywhere in particular, she was just flying at her own leisure, going where the wind took her. She hadn't really been nervous about the desert, she figured it was probably pretty small, but she soon became lost in the miles and miles of sand. She thought she'd find her way out eventually, but the sand didn't seem to stop. Luckily she was flying over it all, in the cool air above, but she was getting rather tired and thirsty too. "Hey look! Green!" she said as she spotted a patch of green in the middle of so much gold. She descended, landing in a three pool oasis. She spotted a kid, pouring over some papers. She decided to have some fun, and floated over, staying out of any line of sight, and when she reached the kid shouted, "HEY!"
