Personality:
Kajen is a relatively disciplined man. Staying up long nights to master his airbending technique, yet getting into fist fights over his mother. Even to the point where he fainted from exhaustion, yet cried when his Sky Bison died. Kajen is a calm, cool, and collected individual.
Kajen is a reading man, only reading for entertainment, not for knowledge. Unless it pertains to airbending, or defeating other bending styles, he rarely absorbs the lessons of life on paper, preferring the life lessons of blood, sweat, and tears.
Abilities:
First, Kajen is an Airbender, only knowing Airbending, but he is a true master of it, to the point of him being able to fly in the higher altitudes. Kajen hasn't made a new airbending style (yet) but is
trying to produce ways to, as Sokka put it in the Last Airbender, "Fake Earth and Water bending" by raising them with tremendous amounts of wind. However, Kajen realistically can use the more defensive or playful airbending techniques for offensive combat, he has used the "Air scooter" into more of an air bowling ball, air spout into more of a way to trap his opponent below him as he slams into them with his staff.
Kajen, also, a very pain tolerating man. Withstanding years of master benders trying to kill him because he begged them to. Kajen can also get along perfectly fine without bending in a fist fight.
Aside from bending, Kajen has also been known to be a very charismatic individual, although not always being right in some decisions, his theory is if he can get people to believe in his bull crap, it's not bull crap.

Being 6' even, he has a towering build.
History:
Kajen's family background ironically has one of every bender, and, being a complete wildcard, happened to become an Airbender. His mother's parents were Fire and Water benders, while his father's were Air and Earth. Kajen was jokingly nicknamed "The Family's Avatar." While he did enjoy the praise, he wished he was, indeed, the Avatar. Like all Airbenders, they went to the Eastern temple to collect their Sky bison. And, he grew up with it for seven years, losing it from pushing it too hard. Kajen felt bad, but this did not deter him goal of being an air councilman. And, in order to be one, Kajen needed to be the very best Airbender. Like no one ever was.
Kajen spent several years of his life trying to see if one of multiple heritages could have some other bending prowess. Sadly, all he could find was that they just take on physical traits. So, instead, Kajen decided he'd spend his life trying to manipulate EVERYTHING with air. That was when he was seventeen, he gave that up around age twenty-two. So, now he pushes for his ability to just push things with air, earning his stripes at age twenty-three, Kajen is now an Airbending Master, selling his skills for mercenary use. Not feeling he could come up to par with another bender, Kajen subjugated himself to three and approximately three quarter years of exposing himself to the extremes of bending. Becoming extremely okay with pain, Kajen just walks around in his usual garb, only wearing heavier clothes for way colder weather. Kajen's crystal necklace was given to him when he was eighteen, being told that his wife to be would have a red one. And "They oughta even each other out." According to his mother, that is.
