Personality: Rotuki has a quick temper and tries desperately to hide it. She desires above everything else to be accepted which is closely followed by a want for power. Because of this need to be liked, she is friendly and likes to talk to people even though she would rather be alone. Her brother is very close to her and is three years older. He was a natural firebender and taught Rotuki all he knew, though firebending didn't come as easily to Rotuki.

Abilities: Even though she is a firebender and was taught to firebend from the age of eight, it is not her first choice in battle. Rotuki chooses to fight with small daggers that were given to her as a gift from her brother for her twelth birthday. She is skilled in the art of daggers but is slow moving. She tries to make up for the loss in speed with her ability to predict her opponents’ next move and turn their own strength against them.

Appearance: Rotuki has long black hair that she keeps tied back with a red ribbon. She wears a necklace that was given to her by her father that he left for her in his will. She wears a maroon tanktop that laces in the back with a gold string. Rotuki wears brown pants that come down her mid-shin. The pants have maroon and gold embroidery along the side. She wears maroon boots and a gold armband. Her eyes are a golden color and her skin is fair.

History: Rotuki had never known who her mother was and her family refused to talk about her. Rotuki’s brother Mitri was her best friend and was very close to her. Her father was a powerful firebender who taught Mitri well before he was murdered when Rotuki was nine years old. He was killed (for his jewelry, which was entirely gold) by pirates. Mitri had raised Rotuki until she was twelve and he set off on his own to track down the killers of their father, leaving Rotuki with a pair of valuable daggers that had been passed down through the family. The only thing left of Rotuki’s family was the necklace her father had passed to her when he was murdered and the daggers from her brother. She was sure that one day she would find her brother again, but for now, she was just beginning her adventure of traveling the world.
