Personality: Kaiko was raised by quite wealthy parents and enjoyed being spoilt at a young age. As she got older however she grew more independent and hated it when others wanted to take over chores from her. Her stubbornness can appear quite rude which has shocked others, fooled by her kind and gentle appearance. She hates being stuck in one place for more than a few days which has resulted in a few unexplained absences in her teenage years. Kaiko is actually the complete opposite of what she appears. Others see her as a kind and gentle young woman, although she is still quite kind and generous she is very hot headed and sometimes aggressive. She often likes using her attractive appearance to distract and sway her male acquaintances.

Abilities: As soon as her parents found out that their daughter was a water bender, they sent her to train under some of the tribes greatest bending masters. Because of this Kaiko has full control over her bending and is at a level not expected of others her age. She is a fast learner which has helped her master her bending quickly.

Like most female water benders, Kaiko was also trained to heal injuries with her water bending. She found this stage quite challenging, as she was a fighter at heart however she did eventually master this stage in water bending as well, after a lot of practise. Kaiko prefers to stick to the offensive side of her bending but still has her healing abilities as a back up.

Appearance: Kaiko grew up going to balls and social events so her appearance was quite important both to herself and her parents. As she grew up she became more rebellious towards her parents so she didn't care what she looked like as long as it annoyed them. However now that she is older and has found an attraction to men, she cares more about how she looks, and now takes a bit more effort into making sure she looks pretty.

Kaiko has long brown hair quite common among water tribe natives. Her eyes are a bright blue and has quite attractive facial features. Kaiko is very beautiful compared to other water tribe women. Although Kaiko hadn't liked her looks, she has now found it's uses and actually has become quite obsessed with it.

History: Born into a wealthy and quite well known family, Kaiko got anything she wanted. She had known nothing else. She was kept apart from other water tribe children and was stuck with the pompous, tiresome life of being the daughter of the well known Fukishi family, attending boring dinner parties and creating small talk with people 20 years older than her.

However her life changed when she began showing signs of water bending. Her parents got her the best bending teachers in the Northern Water Tribe, hoping she could fully master her bending with the help of these water benders. Unbeknownst to her parents, Kaiko met many other children her age while learning her bending and formed strong bonds with her fellow students. Her rebellious behaviour could be blamed on her many friends but it was a combination of her friends and the slowly separation between Kaiko and her parents.

Being around with her friends gave her a chance to have a look at the world, not being distorted by her parents. She slowly became more independent and more aggressive as she advanced in her training and her studies. She became more accustomed to winning, hardly ever losing a fight with one of the other students. By the time she had fully mastered her bending she was nearly at the same level of experience as her teachers. Now that she had reached a level where she couldn't be taught any further, the tribes elders allowed her the chance to study the art of blood bending, however after a few days reading on this subject, Kaiko found it quite disgusting and abandoned her study immediately. With her bending training completed nothing was keeping her in the Northern Water Tribe, so she decided to travel the world and help out where she could. Whenever she returns home she is always asked whether she would like to take a class and help develop young students bending, however she never takes it permanently, preferring to give helpful hints and techniques that she learnt that has proven useful.

If I read correctly the character is a "water bender" not a master waterbender right? All the evidence provided explicitly states you are a master.

Perfectly fine if you want to be a master, just tweak the age, and provide more details in your "History" section as to how rigorous or easy your training was.
