Personality: Laki is a fun-loving girl who is always up for an adventure. She has a kind heart but there is darkness as well. Laki is very sneaky and has stolen from multiple stores for no good reason other than a thrill and has gambled people out of some money. She doesn’t do these activities very often because she knows that they aren’t right. She comes from a family of 8 and was the youngest sibling of 5 so she is used to being roughed around. Laki had a care free spirit and is very irresponsible. She can also get a little lazy sometimes. Laki has a love for anything living and wants more than anything her own garden. Because of this, this always is wearing a necklace with a lotus carved into it. Her family is quite wealthy and was always able to provide the wants and needs of Laki. Now that Laki is traveling the world without her many comforts, she is seeing just how spoiled she was. In order to survive, Laki resorted to her criminal antics and is wanted in a few small towns.

Abilities: Laki has 5 older siblings and all of them are able to Water Bend. She had always felt the weakest and most insignificant among her family so she begged and begged her parents to let her train with twin blades until they finally gave in. Laki lacks strength but makes up for it in speed and accuracy. She began her training with her swords when she was 11 and completed her training when she was 15.

Laki has fair skin and bright grey eyes. Her messy red hair is always in her face and is sometimes held back into a ponytail. She wears some parts of her hair in small braids and beads some strands together. Laki wears a white long-sleeve shirt underneath a warmth, navy blue vest. She wears navy blue pants that are baggy but warm. Her shoes are black boots that tie with a blue ribbon.

Weaponry & Other Gear: Her twin blades are silver and are held in shoulder straps. Laki also has a belt that holds her pouch of money.

History: Laki grew up in the Northern Water Tribe to a wealthy family and 5 older siblings. Her mother and father own a weaponry that is very popular. Her father had taught Laki to make her own twin blades and other weapons. So at the age of 11, Laki made her first pair of swords successfully and used them until she turned 15. Laki loved her family and friends in the Tribe but always knew that she wanted to travel the world. Her brothers and sisters were very close to Laki and she asked her oldest brother about his travels over and over again. Laki’s father was living in hope that one day Laki could take over the weaponry because none of the other children were interested in it. She planned on running away and starting a life of travels, so she created a new, sturdier and stronger, pair of twin blades and left the old pair with her father with an inscription that said “live” carved into the tip of one. She then ran away in search of an adventure and new discoveries.
