Personality: Talkato is a serious sophisticated man. He is neat and organized, and is never out of place. Being the advisor to the Earth Queen, he takes life very seriously, it's no fun and games with him. Talkato waited his whole life for this opportunity being an advisor, so he fears that if he jokes around and has fun the Earth Queen would notice him being no help, just a burden. Like every human being Talkato has feelings, It's just that he can't express them due to his job. He has to be in order and in place at all times.

Abilities: Being a Non-Bender Talkato started learning the art of swords at the age of 15, when he was responsible and mature enough. He mastered the art of swords at the age of 20. Due to his experience in swords Talkato was able to become very good at dodging, which was very handy being a Non-Bender.

Talkato has castory colored skin, and usually wears a green embroidered tunic with gold trimmings. He is not exactly good looking. Being 60 he would have wrinkles and saggy ears. He also has a smokey colored beard and mustache. Surprisingly his skin is clear of birthmarks, moles, and warts, Talkato looks very healthy too.

History: Ever since he was a boy Talkato could remember his father being so stressed, Talkato's father was a politician after all. Talkato did not like it at all. His father also had the burden of two disobedient kids which were Talkota's older brothers. His father always liked Talkota because he was exactly like him, he behaved, listened, respected his elders, and was obedient. His brothers however got jealous and would often bring him into trouble. Talkota's mom tried her best to tame the boys while their father worked, but of course it did not work. Talkota eventually began to ignore them and falling into their nasty tricks. Talkota had a dream however, a dream to be just like his father, becoming a politician or Royal Advisor of some sort. His journey began when his brothers moved out of the house. He confronted his Father upon enrolling at Ba Sing Se University to study Political Science. Talkato's Father was very proud of him, Talkato was sure to get enrolled being a Scholar and all. Then, just like that his whole world turned around, he got accepted into Ba Sing Se University. This meant he had to study hardcore, he had to show them the best of his learning skills. His family always believed in him, even his trouble making brothers!

After years of hardwork and learning he got his degree in Political Science, he made it. He had the opportunity to advise the Earth Queen or become a politician. He did so well in his classes he got referred to the Earth Queen, this was Talkoto's moment to shine, and he succeeded.
