He can easily be angered by someone's sarcasm when it comes to joking around on duty or towards his position. He is always a thinker when it comes to mental battles and physical battles. Knowing that he wasn't born a bender like his fellow soldiers, he holds something powerful in his arsenal. The power of his quick fingers on an enemy's body part. He makes sure that he makes close range with his opponent to get the upper hand in battle. His life is the military life, he didn't choose the military life, the military life choice him. The protect and serve his fellow comrades, to protect the nation, to protect the his higher ups, that is what he fights for every single day. He is the bridge that holds the nation together, that is what he thinks in his mind. He is the pillar that will hold the nation and have his enemies beneath his feet. He shall stay silent to a higher up, due to their rank. He shall obey the orders given to him by his higher up, due to their rank. He won't rest till the mission is completed. He could be mean sometimes when it comes to his on duty military life style, but he is really a nice guy who enjoys tea and a nice environment around him. The casual game of chess is his favorite when it comes to boredom. He will sometimes train on his chi blocking skills every now and then in his private quarters to raise his strength so he doesn't slow down when the time comes for battle. He still wishes for wife and kids even though he still hasn't found that special someone yet. He loves to mediate and enjoys the company of others when it comes to a relaxing peaceful day without fighting.

Lighting Speed Fingers: His accuracy and speed is key for one he is fighting. His fingers along with his inner chi, will send you to the ground paralyze or dead. The paralyze is for a short while removing a person's bending for a short amount of time and disabling the person from moving.
Acrobatic Movement: His movement far exceeds those who try to even match his speed and movements. He is able to dislocate any part of his body and feel no pain from it. With the years of practice comes with the scars of life. With each dislocation spots that are available on the body, a small scar is placed there. He far exceeds human capability among others.
Knife throwing: His knife throwing is so quick and precise that you won't see it coming but you will feel it deep in your skin being the end result of death. He rarely uses knives unless he is put in a situation where he can't go close to his opponent for some reason or another. He is so skilled that he never misses a bulls eye.

History:
Kashikoi Kai was born in the fire nation with both his father, mother, and his little brother. Born as a non bender he decided to learn chi blocking instead, since it was in his blood from his mother. While he was learning chi blocking, his little brother was learning fire bending from the father. By the age of 18 his father left his life due to the father cheating on his wife and later on he enrolled into the fire nation military where he decided to pursue the career and not fail at it. With the confidence in his heart like his father and the quick reflexes like his mother. He continued the life of the military till he finally became Admiral. Around that time period his younger brother died by unknown reasons to him but was believed to have died by benders. He lives on fighting for his brother and his nation.
Kashikoi hated on who the new fire lord was. He wanted the war to return to the nations as once before. During his lifetime he has been across the globe being in the air, the water and the earth territory. He has been in war and knowing that they signed a peace treaty really ticked him off. He wanted to start the war again, and he was the only person who can do it.
Kashikoi always had good memory when it came to the places he has been and even studied maps in order to grow his knowledge. Kashikoi still fights for the fire nation for the former fire lord.

The scene is on a fire nation large naval ship, within the fire nation ship is a small shadowy hallway with a few fire nation guards knocked out on the ground with a water bender standing in the middle of the injured and unconscious bodies that surround him. The last fire nation guard quickly turns around and tries to make an escape to the open hallway that is behind him. An average size hand grabs the core of his throat, lifting him up off the air using arm strength alone. The fire nation guard struggles with his words as he final says them in a gasp of last breath.

[Fire Nation Guard]: Ad-mir-al (struggles to say those words) What are you doing sir.
[Kashiokoi]: We never run away from the enemy.
[Fire Nation Guard:]: But sir.... look at what he has down to the others.....
[Kashiokoi]: No excuses.

Kashiokoi lets go of his neck as the fire nation guard stands there trying to catch his breath again. Kashiokoi uses the index fingers and middle fingers to strike the main tissues and joint locations of the fire nation guard. The fire nation guard taking the unexpected impact falling to the floor in a knock out.

Kashiokoi makes his run over to the water bender, having his arms fall behind him all ninja like channeling his chi to the index fingers and middle fingers of his hands. The water bender gets into a fighting stance channeling the chi to both his hands, the large pipe that is right behind him starts to break the metal part of it, having tons of water flowing pass the water bender's body going directly to Kashiokoi's body. Kashiokoi's eyes widen within the mask that he wears as he stops running the moment the water is shooting towards him. He brings both his arms close to his face and chest to block the impact of the water. Though the water being too strong he is swept off his feet flying towards the shadows of the ship. The water bender not seeing him as that part of the ship is too dark to see. The water bender walking slowly towards the shadows.

[Water Bender]: You didn't expect that huh. You should be more smart and try not to run towards your opponent who is a bender.

The bender walks into the shadows not seeing a thing being in a much wider space then before. Kashiokoi strikes the back of the bender's neck having the bender collapse on the ground being unable to move. The strong impact and the key generated in the fingers caused the large fall of the bender. The bender struggling to move his body parts as kashiokoi looks directly down at the back of the bender's head through his mask. Two fire nation soldiers coming to the aide of the Admiral with fire being on their left hand being used as a candle to see the admiral and the bender who can't move. Both the fire nation guards grab each end of the water bender lifting him up off the ground.

[Kashiokoi]: Take him to the prison cell of the ship, I will interrogate him later. I will tell the higher ups what happened here.
