Of Sands and Seas

Lazuki saw the men as well, and she snarled. They started to go for her ship, but then a LARGE explosion happened, ripping though the sky. Some of the men reared back, with looks of fear, but others that thought they were brave or didn't see it continues. After the explosion, big red letters burned into the sky, reading "Come and face your death." She moved before the wall came up, and shot one in the face with her pistol, then blew up the some of the further ones, gibing them. The ones closet to her were the unlucky ones. They ran to the legendary pirate hunter. She grabbed one's throat with her metal hand, and broke the mans jaw with a single punch, then proceeded to turn his skull to dust. The other one's hesitated slightly, knowing in the back of their head that they could be next.

Ren was on a large black boat floating toward the docks rather quick. As the boat goes into place on the Docks, the bridge exit part is lowered and Ren runs off. The captain of the ship dressed in water tribe clothes chases after her until he gets her. Captain:"Now now Ren...since your parents let you go on this trip, your my responsibility..." Ren had looked rather disappointed because she had wanted to run off and explore and she had thought this old gramps was to slow for her even though he was 32, but he did catch her when she ran off so maybe he wasn't too slow.

"O...k......Captain.." Ren had looked to these men (Kai and Clay) seeming to follow after this girl and a man. She wondered about this because it wasn't usual when you had seen someone following someone unseen. She looks toward the captain, his head turned toward the boat as the workers start loading boxes onto the boat. "Aww...don't tell me we just came to load boxes!" The captain looks down to Ren and lets out a small chuckle. Captain:"Hehe...that's buisness Ren..." When the captain turns his head back to the boat, Ren uses both of her hands in a motion to move the water to the ship floor. She leaves a small puddle in front of the worker carrying a box. The worker slips up and smashes into the ground, cracking the ship floor a bit.

As the captain walks over to the boat, Ren runs off slowly following after Kai and Clay. She moves between the people in her way, still following after them. Mind:"Hopefully I can find out what they're doing and I don't get caught....." Ren had accidently stepped on somebody's foot and they had thought it was another person. This caused a fight in the crowd, making it hard for Ren to get through. She manages to squeeze through, barely in pursuit of Kai and Clay following the girl. Mind:"I hope this is worth it..."

While the group was heading towards the ship, Kashikoi stopped running as no one noticed in the group that he has gone missing since everyone's attention was heading towards the ship.
Kashikoi looked around through the crowd making sure he wasn't being followed. He changed his direction from going forward to going to the right and kept running through the crowd. Kashikoi stopped and looked up to see a hotel right in front of him. He then turned around and looked around to see if anyone was following him, he then entered the hotel being sure of himself that no one was following him at all. The fire nation soldiers that was still following the group knew that Kashikoi left the group knowing that he had another mission to attend to.
The fire nation soldiers would have an excuse for his absence if any of them were ask if one of them disappeared, though it was kind of hard to tell seeing as how they all were wearing the same exact clothing.

Clay saw the wall skyrocket before him, unable to get through before it rose. It didn't stop him in the slightest, Clay turning to his side and using his current momentum to cartwheel. His feet left the ground as he spun in the air, motioning his sand bending movement through the sand in his weighted clothes. Landing the first cartwheel, he turned to face his back to the wall while continuing the motion. The sand bending technique propelled the sand in his clothes up, throwing him fluently into the air as he cleared the wall in one solid leap, making it seem like it was his natural ability to jump that high.

In mid air, Clay saw someone was running after them from behind, a girl (Ren) that was catching up and a few other men running up from behind her. He landed on top of the wall, his feet spreading in stance. His hands punched foward, shaking off a bit of sand from his person that stood in the air still before him. His hands pulled back and thrusted again, shooting off the sand in compact clusters as bullets. The sand bullets would collide with the men that were closing in on the girl (Ren) Before he would turn to the rooftops. Clay hopped himself onto the right rooftop to deal with the men that were running along the surfaces, his hands loosening as he neared one of them. In a whipping motion, the sand in his bandage bended the bandage after the nearest one, grappling his foot. With another whip, it pulled with a bit of slack, lifting the person and whipping them onto the roof to slam then against it before letting go and letting them fall off the edge. They were still alive, just in alot of pain as Clay moved on to the next one to continue in this fashion.

With the ruckus, some of the men that were running for the ship had stopped, turning to face the pursuers now and diverging in on the group. They would surround them, running to keep the group between them all while staying within the alleys to keep from being easy targets. Up ahead, two of them readied themselves, water benders with the ocean behind them. They all were so close to the pier, it was within sight. The water benders guided the water from the docks, sending a large wave down the streetway everyone was running in, the wave knocking through stands and aiming to force back Lazuki, Tarek, Ren and the other 4 members that hid in sand bending uniforms. Meanwhile, from the alleyways, the fire benders of the groups would stop and send forth solid walls of flame from the alleyways to limit everyone's movements. Being on the roof, Clay would be out of the way of the tidal wave, but the flames were trying to block him off entirely.

Lazuki looked to the men, with a primal snarl. She saw the wave, and ran at it, blowing holes it it so she could get through before it reformed. She knew the waterbenders would be the most threatening, she she attacked them, breaking one's ribs, and gibing the next with an explosion. She then would stab the man in the man in the throat with her spikes. She then came back to the group before the other water benders could attack. The fire benders where attacking them, she she dispersed the oxygen around them, making it much harder, but not impossible for them to bend.

While Ren was running, she looked to the huge wave with fear. "Don't b afraid.." She jumped up sending her hands forward which pushed some water out creating a hole. Ren goes through the hole, landing on her feet and keeps running. Seeming as they were gonna make it hard for them, She jumps over to pier and sends her hands up which makes the water form into a wave. She rides on the waves avoiding the docks and boats that are docked, trying to see where they were going. She also hears the captain calling after her. "Ren?! REN???" The captain looks around the ship but dosen't find her, so she keeps going.

As the whole scenery was taking place, everyone was fighting the ship invaders and whatnot but Kashikoi had a surprise up his sleeve. The captain was looking around the ship calling out "Ren?! REN???" The captain looked behind the loading crates just in case she was playing a joke on him. The captain scratched his head and turned around to look else where. He turned and stared at Kashikoi wearing his fire nation uniform with no insignia on it and without the desert clothing anymore with him breathing through his mask. The captain was puzzled at seeing this man and Kashikoi quickly sent lighting speed jabs using his index and middle finger together to sent powerful chi energy to the fingers to strike the man's chest area manly the pressure points. The man's eyes widen as he collapsed on the ground as Kashikoi took a hold of his body. Kashikoi lifted him over his shoulder. The crew mates all stared and were about to help there captain, but the five fire nation soldiers that were following the group from before went over to Kashikoi and subdued the crew members within seconds coming from the shadows of the ship. Kashikoi toss the captain's knocked out body to two of his fire nation soldiers and they all ran through a crowd being lost in the crowd within seconds. Kashikoi and his men entered the hotel through the front entrance. They ran directly to Kashikoi's room while the last fire nation soldier went to the employees that found it suspicion. The fire nation soldier said to the employee.

"He had way to many to drink, do you have anything to calm him down?"

The fire nation soldier used this lie and lucky enough it erased the employee's suspicion.
Kashikoi opened the door of his room and brough the captain inside of the place while the fire nation soldiers entered the place aswell. Kashikoi tied up the man with strong rope, the hands, torso, legs and mouth were all restricted by the rope. If he was a bender, his bending was restricted. His all body was also paralyze because of the chi blocking and the rope adding on to that. Kashikoi made the room dark on purpose cutting the lights out. He did however placed a lamp above the captain's head that would be swinging slow to the left and then to the right all dramatically like a movie. The captain sat on a wooden chair. Kashikoi kept to the shadows awaiting for the captain to wake up. The fire nation soldiers placed wires all around the front part of the room rather quicky. The traps were poison knives that came from the fire nation. The fire nation soldiers made this trap within minutes and they also hid in the shadows of the room. The six of us waiting for the man to awaken.
wondering if someone would come for his rescue....

In the heat of his sprint atop the rooptops, the walls of flame had dispersed. The cue from Tarek's words reached Clay's ears as he lept over an opening. His hands released the bandages as they shot down at the two firebenders in the alleyway. The bandages hit their marks, whacking them both hard in the head, letting them pass out from the concussion. Clay rolled with his jump, landing and picking up his speed where he left off. The ones on the roofs were out of sight. " Where'd they all go?" Clay asked, but his question was soon answered as he neared the edge of the roofs. There was smoke coming from the pier, and since itt was in the direction of the docks that was indicated, Clay assumed the worst.

Clay moved himself, shifting the sand in his bandages and tunic as he neared the edge. Once he reached it, he bended the sand in them, launching himself up into the air with the sand pulling him along from his clothing as he shot over the sky. He was arcing towards the ship that a few bandits were on. There was one fire bender of the group, surrounded by water benders, all trying to set the ship on fire or break what they can. The damage was minimal, the crew arrived just about the same time as them.

Landing onto the deck, Clay crashed with a large burst of sand kicking up off of him like a bubble, erupting and pushing the ones in his immidiate surrounding off the side of the boat. With their fire kicking up, the rest jumped off the boat and landed in small dingies. The water benders and that one fire bender sped to the open sea, their mixing styles kicking up a mist as they fled to keep them from being attacked. Clay watched them make their getaways, then turned his attention to the fire, getting to work on putting it out. The water benders cut a small message into the deck, saying " Come and get et" and signed " Crimson Tides", the ship lead by the so called wanted pirate that a certain Lazuki was looking for. Oh, it also seemed it had a smily face drawn as well, the eyes rolled and the mouth wide in a mocking sight. ( Also an internet meme)

Lazuki, needless to say, was pissed. Before she could fight the one's stupid enough to touch her boat, Clay got up there and scared him off. She climbed onto her boat, and a few rebellious tears fell down her cheek. The deck was a mess. A fire, (which she put out with her bending) the once glossy decks were know scratched, and they craved into her ship. The tears singed of her face and disappeared instantly. She looked to her rooms, which seemed to be fine. She walked back down to the deck, and destroyed each of the pirates faces along the walls and the ground. She was wearing out her violent energy, and if anyone stopped her, her savage state might turn on them.

Whislt riding the wave, Ren had caught a glimspe of Lazuki.

"Woah.."

Ren raised her hands up, making the wave go higher. She then finally sends her hands forward making the wave speed forward catching up with them. Some of the firebenders shoot fire at Ren. One of the fire shots catch onto her foot, making her smash into the water. In a matter of seconds, She shoots up out of the water in a geyser. Sending out a huge wave toward the firebenders, it would be possible for it to hit Lazuki and Clay.

"TAKE THAT!"

Kashikoi looked at the captain that was locked up inside the hotel room and he then said.
"Let him go free, I have somewhere to go."
Kashikoi waited for the blimp from right above the hotel to drop down the rope. Kashikoi took a hold of the rope as he was climbing it up with both of his hands. He finally arrived inside his blimp finally leaving the scenery through the clouds that hid the blimp. The fire nation soldiers released the man as they disarmed the traps and took off out of the hotel leaving the scenery.

Tarek Raiden

Tarek had made his way to ship as well, along with Lazuki and Clay. He made sure he kept a bit of distance from Lazuki who was evidently very angry as she ferociously started destroying the pirate’s faces. Clay was trying to put some of the fires out and Tarek soon followed suit, easily extinguishing the flames. Tarek heard a loud sound come up from behind them and quickly turned around. A large wave swept across the deck pushing two firebenders that remained on the ground right into the sea and almost doing the same to Tarek. He just managed to grab one of the ship’s side rails and stay aboard. As the wave stopped he noticed a young girl atop a water geyser. Tarek was still holding onto the rail with one hand, pointed at the figure with his other hand, “Hey you two,” he said addressing Clay and Lazuki, “who is that?” he asked wondering if any of them knew her.

How Tarek was lucky, Clay, on the other hand, wasn't. Hearing the wave coming his way, Clay turned and looked up at it. " Well...this will hurt..." He said just as the wave picked him up and pushed him over the side. The loud splash was Clay cannon balling into the waters below, soon surfacing himself and looking for a way up. " Not...funny!" Clay called form overboard.

Swimming around, here was the rope that tied the ship to the dock. Clay used it to climb his way out of the water and back onto the dock. " I don't know who she is, but she looks like she's been following us for something. ask her what she wants." Clay was making his way back onto the deck to greet the new comer.

Lazuki seemed to clam down for a moment, and tried to compose herself, then a wave hit her ship. That sparked her anger yet again, and she just started ripping spines out, breaking bodies in half, and even pulling out organs and crushing them in her metal grip. Words couldn't begin to describe how angry she was right now. In her temper tantrum, explosions started forming around her. She didn't seem to show any signs of stopping, and she was running out of bodies to completely destroy.

Ren had started to sink under the water, creating a bubble over her head. In the water she closes her eyes, trying to focus right. Suddenly, she bursts out of the water. The water follows her, creating a medium large water sea serpent. Inside the stomach, Ren focuses but cannot be disturbed. The water sea serpent opens its mouth and jets of water shoot toward Lazuki's boat. Since Ren can't control it alot, she's shooting it at places she dosen't mean too. The sea serpent keeps shooting at Lazuki's boat and then it aims at Tarek.

"I...can't..control it..."

The water sea serpent zooms toward the peer where Lazuki and Clay and Tarek are. It crashes against it, sending water in all directions. But Ren bends some water around her to make sure she isn't crushed. When the water dies down, she is left in the middle, wet and coughing.

Clay didn't know which was more pressing. Lazuki about to explode their only ride to there they needed to get to, or the water serpent that was heading his way. " Well...this isn't my day." He would say as he stayed on the pier as the water serpent collided with the deck. He was, once again, soaking wet, though now there was the girl from before in front of him.

" so...was that...you know, you?" He asked her, peeved at the moment because he was soaked, but gritting his teeth and clenching his fists so he wouldn't punch something. " That...was...Awesome! You're coming with us." On sudden impulse, he would reach and grab her. She'd be interesting to use on the other guys when they get to the pirate ship, and he would carry her on board with him to Lazuki's ship. You know, the one her serpent water thingy hit with it's water spout and helped with what ever fire was left.

Lazuki turned to Tarek with utter rage in her eyes, but then started to do breathing exercises. "...I'm fine, I'm fine." She took her arm back, and walked into her captains quarters, not before punching a hole in the wall. She came out with a bottle of beer, and walked to the wheel.

"Alright, lets be off."
