Blue Flame?

I was wondering what level your character had to be at for his flame to be blue? My character is an expert.

Firebenders with blue flames tend to be expert level or hire. You're already approved, so you need staff approval to change it, though you're already expert level *that isn't likely to change, but blue flame should be fine if approved*.

Which I do approve, so long as you don't change anything else. Therefor: go for it.
