[E, S, W Air Temples] Council of Three

Information:
The Council of Three are a group of elderly monks who are the political and religious authorities of a temple. All the councils work together to try to govern the Air Nomads who live in the Air Temples.

Currently, there are three councils, one at the Eastern Air Temple, Western Air Temple, and one at the Southern Air Temple.
The Northern does not apply, since it is inhabited by the children of the Earth Kingdom refugees and its many machinists and scientists.

Requirements:
• At least 50+ years old (rare exceptions)
• Must have lived most of life in an Air Temple
• Must be Rank Master
