New.. but dead?

New to this place, but not to Avatar. So yeah.

Sadly... Yes. We're a little dead in the water. So far the only people that get on are me and the two admins. Most people have come and gone. But! You could make a great addition! I myself have many characters from different backgrounds and goals that could help or be helped by yours. And the same goes for Zulera's (Head Admin and Goddess) characters and Tarek's (Other Admin).

Well that's disappointing, but it seems this is the one avatar place that seems the most well off.

I come from a coding/adminish background... so I get what they do...

But as far as plot, is this place Canon or no?

I encourage you to take a look at Zul's nifty thread here. It's a great resource for site story background and gives an overview of our members and their characters.

This site is Canon, yes, but to a point. It is Canon all the way to the point of Avatar Aang's defeat of Ozai. after that believe Zuko takes the throne, he wants to keep the Fire Nation Colonies and war breaks out with the Earth Kingdom. Then he is Assassinated and Azula runs off, never to be heard from again. Then Tarek takes the throne. Or something like that. I may be missing details, but yeah.

The results are: No Republic City and Zulera is the new Avatar, not Korra. And Zulera is now starting the industrial era of the world. So lots of things are being made. Blackpowder is even a thing now, although super rare and guns are barely used because they are unreliable and it's easier to just shoot fire at somebody and freeze them in ice. You get my drift.

Ah, so then if I were born in spirit world (Like Wan), that's allowed because of the Lion Turtles or nah?

Well, if you were born in the Spirit World like Wan, you may be dead because that was 10,000 years ago. And if it was anything recent, I'm not sure it would work because there isn't many humans in the Spirit World, if any. If your trying to be a spirit itself, then shoot for the stars.

And about the Lion Turtle thing, I'm not sure where you're going.

I'm not sure what you're getting at either TBH. people aren't born in the spirit world, unless you're shooting for an actual spirit or something. there are lots of openings to and from there, but people don't actually *live* there.
