Novai	At a distance, Novai watched his opponent meet his flames with indignation and skill. In fact he was amazed that a mere school teacher was able to contain volts of magnified electricity inside herself. Novai watched in shock as the blast came rushing back towards him, knowing the consequence, Novai quickly caught hold of the electrical volt and sent it rushing into the sky, the rain clouds begin to move in and it began to drizzle. He began to circle his opponent, watching her every movement until he had, had enough. A little tinge of guilt ran through Novai as he glanced at his opponent examining her body, watching her muscles flex and contract, how odd that someone his senior would be able to hold her own against Novai's youth. No matter how much he tried to convince himself that the woman standing before him was the enemy, he was conflicted against attacking her, but nevertheless his pride blazed through, he would have to put the instructor down to her knees. No matter, Novai thought silently, it's time I got serious With the last trace of lightning out his body, Novai jumped up into the air, and did a 360, spewing flames from the ball of his feet, moving towards his opponent firing flame after flame after he had landed. Novai wanted the intoxication of the beer to begin to appear, the more he pushed his opponent into fatigue, the more she wouldn't be able to keep up with him.

*Mozello 'Moth'* Shao**	After forcing the unrelenting Fire Lord to redirect his own lightning, the fearless woman sprung back to life, narrowly preventing herself from planting face-first into the street with both hands and rolling to recover from her daredevil leap of faith. Her previous acrobatics and the lingering sensation of having dangerously high voltages coursing through her veins was proving to be too much for the constitution of her stomach, Mozello could feel the bile rising up from it, rejecting its mildly poisonous contents after the constant jostling and waves of adrenaline. 'How many had I had to drink?' Barely deflecting the last incoming salvo as her arms rapidly began to feel heavy and the unpleasant sensation in her belly intensified, a nauseated Mozello rose one hand to signifying her yielding of the contest whilst using the other to hold her back the rising tide in her mouth. Turning away in a hurried fashion and she fell to one knee retching, holding her lower chest tightly and shuddering; loudly spewing up the offending alcohol unceremoniously onto the wet pavement. The firebending instructor's head pounded dully, vision blurring and twisting, she struggled to maintain consciousness, refusing wholly to pass out like a common drunkard. Once she was certainly her stomach had finished unloading itself by force, the woman broke out into slurred curses and undecipherable obscenities, visibly distressed. "Damn it all! Hng- ing, why the hell did I think this would be a good idea-"

Novai	As the tinge of lightning dissipated from Novai's body, he moved his eyes once again at his opponent. Her play of skill and mastery was evident yet in a time span of only 3 seconds, she kneeled on the ground and raised her arm upward ending the Agni Kai. Novai had no sympathy for the drink and its effects, stealing the mind and controlling ones movements without permission was dangerous. "Perhaps when your sober and a little more confident of victory, we can have a duel at the Royal Palace in Caldera City. As for now, I'll leave you to your own devices." Almost instinctively, Novai through his coat over his shoulders, and began to walk towards the Navy Fleet he had abandoned just a few hours ago.

Xilingshi Nailah Zoraki	Xilingshi observed the fighting, but she had come with drinks, and it seemed that Mozello had done the same. unfortunately, the Agni Kai had ended almost before it had truly started, and so Xilingshi was overall disappointed, which never sat well when she was drunk. She wasn't an angry drunk, though she was stubborn and disappointed nonetheless. she approached the drunkard with a slight wobble in her own step, but she was clearly either more tolerant, had ordered a lesser brew, or had had less to drink, as she was still on her two feet, and her stomach was still processing its contents without shoving them back up her throat. with the Firelord departing, she was willing to come much closer than she otherwise wood. when she wasn't on the battlefield, Xilingshi was actually a little shy. "y'ad a bit too much t'drink I s'pose." she hiccuped. "y'alright?" other than her slightly slurred speech, which was one of her signs that she knew she should draw the line of her drinks here, she seemed to be alright.

*Mozello 'Moth'* Shao**	Mozello staggered unevenly to her feet once Xilingshi had reminded her that she'd had an audience, throwing back her long, black hair that was now messy and damp from the light drizzle that had started. Waving a hand to dismiss the concerns of the observing woman, despite exposed knees clearly roughed up from the acrobatic feats and face no longer holding the rosy color it had earlier. "Thought I could handle my drink, ya know... Turns out lightning and alcohol don't mix." She tried to laugh off her humiliation, but only succeeding in triggering a coughing fit, her throat was still immediately raw from the expulsion. Dragging her feet, the firebender shuffled over to Xilingshi and put a hand firmly on her shoulder for balance. "Do eh, could er, get my coat... Please?" Mozello really didn't want to head back into the tavern in her current state, her glazed light-blue eyes could show that much, she knew some of the patrons and wasn't ready to get the jabs and jives of failure. Not yet anyway. There was a strong irrational desire to go home, curl up into a ball and reprimand herself till dawn.

Xilingshi Nailah Zoraki	Xilingshi watched the woman stagger to her feet. she really did look pretty terrible. Xilingshi noticed her roughed up exposed hands and knees, and mentally reminded herself why she was glad she wore gloves and pants, even if she stayed barefoot. Xilingshi sheepishly laughed with the woman, just to show that she wasn't about to belittle her for her failure, but she too trailed off when Mozello started hacking and coughing. Xi was somewhat surprised that she herself hadn't had that sort of coughing fit yet. upon being asked to bring Mozello her coat, Xilingshi glanced around until she noticed it, and then retrieved it. "here," she said simply. she wasn't being rude about it, but she was the type who didn't exactly say much unless it needed to be said.

*Mozello 'Moth'* Shao**	Sliding the elaborate coat from Xilingshi's extended hand, Mozello pulled it on to herself in one swift motion, arms passing through the sleeves as it draped across her back before pulling it forwards to hide within it protectively. It wasn't suited for cold, wet nights such as these, but it was better than no protection from the elements whatsoever. "Thanks." The firebender checked her surroundings, tying her coat shut with a lengths of cloth that hung from the back whilst looking back down the road she'd walked to reach the tavern in the first place. Patting her sides to make sure everything was still as it was before the fight with the Fire Lord, Mozello's eyes looked over Xilingshi again much like when they'd first met as if reaffirming something before pointing at the woman. "Say... Do you have a place to stay?" That was a rhetorical question of course. The woman would no doubt have sleeping arrangements if she was anything like Mozello imagined, the underlying intention was to invite Xilingshi away from the boisterous crowds of the local tavern. That way, they could be more private with their words and thoughts without attracting attention or feeling insecure about being open.

Xilingshi Nailah Zoraki	The rain and the evening reminded Xilingshi of nights where she had been on the battlefield surrounded by a drizzle of rain. she actually enjoyed it, or perhaps was it that she just enjoyed the battlefield? It was where she felt the most at home, as opposed to the normal pacifist interactions of the normal Air Nomads. Being in such a direct social interaction, even with only one other individual, made Xilingshi that much more aware of how un-used to this type of interaction she was. "'welcome." she replied. Although just because she did not say very much did not mean she didn't try to be polite. honor was Xilingshi's law. She watched quietly as Mozello re-donned her coat, and mentally thought to herself that normally this looked to be a woman of respectable position. she really did look a lot worse after the drinks and the fight. the airbender on the other hand tended to look pretty scruffy anyways, because she was a warrior at heart who practiced sparring and training on her spare time, so most of her clothes were simple but very durable, and she didn't care if they (or her, for that matter) got a bit dirty or roughed up. she was then presented with an interesting question. naturally, she did have sleeping quarters, as she was not likely to start a flight to the Western Air Temple for refuge anyways. She felt in no danger here, unless the current Firelord was about to emulate Sozin from the past times and trigger another genocide on her people. otherwise, there was something secretly gratifying to the little airbender about walking in the same nation that centuries ago had exterminated her people--without being in any danger. whatever the case, she had an answer. "Aye," she nodded, "just a room in one of the inns near here. nothing consequential." she was not sure where the firebender was going with this, but she waited to hear whatever remarks were surely to follow.

*Mozello 'Moth'* Shao**	Mozello cupped her forehead in hand, rubbing it gently whilst listening to Xilingshi's response, it now obvious that the airbender was unfamiliar to the intricacies of subtlety and suggestive wording. But she wasn't in the mood or state right now to be lecturing someone so clearly socially inept. "Really now, that's good to hear." The firebender's words were both dismissive and sarcastic all at the same time, but her expression revealed that she'd found humor in it. All the raven-haired instructor wanted now was to get back home and curl up on the mattress with a bottle of sake to warm up. Most people wouldn't be interested in continuing to drink after hurling their guts up and especially after being electrified, but then again, she wasn't most people. Stretching her still-aching arms together above her head and letting out a meek yawn, Mozello briefly observed the night sky above them, filling pejoratively with more dark clouds by the minute that were intent on emptying their watery cargo on to the earth below and indirectly- Her. "Well, I'm going to take my leave before I get soaked through. It was nice meeting you, Xilingshi." Turning her back on the warrior she began to trudge back down the street she'd arrived here from, praying that the threatening drizzle would not intensify into a total downpour before she found shelter.
