Though laid back and self assured, she is mainly sweet and goofy (making light jokes amougst other bounty hunters and friends). When being around people she dislikes she comes off rather sarcastic and aloof but all and all still shows respect regardless of how much she dislikes them. In general she could be easily placed under the personality type of being Anti-authoritive. She resents supervision, does not like to be bound by schedules or habits, prefers to do things when she feels ready, tends to questions everything, values loyalty, and can be challenging. During the job, however, she has a light aura of seriousness and can often times come off rude and cold, especially if she is behind on her work.

Riding on Xiaobo since Luli's young age has caused her to become a highly experienced shirshu rider. She is unphased as he leaps and runs through great heights and distances, even being able to acrobatically fight while riding on his back. Besides Xiaobo, Luli's main weapon is whips, specifically a bull whip. She tends to bring an extra one with her just in case something happens to her original one, having it stored on Xiaobo's saddle. Her other weapons are sleeping, itching, metsubishi powders, and fukibari which she tends to only use as an easy escape from battle. Luli is also very strong being able to fight full grown men twice her size almost effortlessly and with incredible speed. Luli is a formidable fighter, for she demonstrates amazing speed, hand-to-hand combat, and evasion.

Usually adored in flowers and hair ornaments, Luli has long black hair that last to her bottom and two buns on the top of her head. Her usual hair decorations consist of a single flower on both her buns, ribbons wrapping the bun, pearl hair bands, and a chain that connects from both flowers and rests on her forehead. Luli also has a tattoo of a peach with two jasmine on her left arm (a tribute to her current group called "Peach"). Below her eyes are 3 dots for beauty decoration.
Her clothing is very similar to a ninja's attire. She has a turtle neck, sleeveless, cut off shirt which connected to her rather baggy ninja like pants with her skull and bird wings belt. She wears a pai sho piece as a necklace. The pai sho was actually given to her by a client who says it's made of different materials that are all quite durable and expensive. He had given it to Luli as a repayment of returning his son to him safely.
She is 5'5 and weighs close to 135 lbs. Her skin is also a natural color of mocha despite being from the Earth kingdom and her eyes can be from a dark hazel to a light golden color.
She is known to be beautifully intimidating.

Luli has spent most of her life without a father, only having her mother and younger brother as family she isnt used to big family gatherings or anything spontaneous. Her dream ambitions of becoming a bounty hunter didn't come to her fast, in fact she wanted to be a chef for one of her favorite restaurants. This all seemed to stop once she got a bit older and realized another thing she was good at which was protecting her friends from bullies and pests. She wanted to do something with this new found liking to bringing down other for justice. Her family and friends had suggested the army but something else had caught her eye. A bounty hunter named Doshu (a non bender) who at the time was bringing in a few criminals to be cashed in for money. She eventually got to meet Doshu after pretty much stalking him for several weeks. During their time together Doshu grew fond of Luli and with the young girl's mother's permission was able to teach her the ways of being a true bounty hunter.
As Luli grew older she became a more skilled fighter, bringing down the tough and starting her job career at the age of 15 in a small group of female bounty hunters called "Peach". Here she not only made friends but became leader as they brought down multiple runaway criminals Of course she would spend some of her time hanging out with her old friend Doshu but in time they also separated due to Doshu going into the water tribes for more money and for something new. When the group grew to around the age's of 18 they separated in hopes to earn more money from personal clients all around the world. Luli has been to almost all the areas of the Earth Kingdom and a few places in the Fire Kingdom making tons of money for capturing those who are wanted.

Another Day At the Job
Luli leaned her back against a tree, her leg crossed over the other as she coiled her whip up "It's not my problem that you went off and had committed a crime that has you wanted," her face stayed rather blank as she finished up and made her way to Xiabo attaching the whip to the saddle "But without people like you I'd be out of a job," she turned to the man and gave him a rather smug smile. Luli had caught another person and was going to make a pretty penny off of him as well. She walked over to the temporarily paralyzed and defeated man and grabbed him by the his collar, dragging him onto Xiabo saddle and strapping him on so to not fall off. "Don't worry, you'll start to move your toes in about a couple hours," Luli pet her shirshu and threw him a raw piece of meat as a reward for finding the man so easily. Then quickly hopped onto his back "Alrighty Cutie, lets get out of here," and with that the bounty hunter, her shirshu, and the refugee disappeared into the forest..
