Personality:
Nokomi's personality can be summed up in one word: hateful. She views most people to be ignorant and stupid, and therefore hates associating herself with them. When someone meets her, she can be cruel, harsh and unfair in her judgement of them, and usually will not change that judgement once it's made. She is especially proud of her ability to make people think she HATES them without her having to say a single word to them.

Anger is a main component that fuels a lot of her life, and peaceful things are rather hard for her to enjoy, although she does love to play the flute. If you are gentle and patient and get her to open up, she can be friendly and kind, although not really trusting. She's extremely stubborn and headstrong, so if you can get her to be your friend, she'll still likely not listen to you.

Bending:
Firebending: Barely Average Noko could firebend just as well as anyone else with basic training if she had better ability to bend. Ever since her parents died, her bending has been weak and practically useless. She has nothing to brag about when it comes to her bending.

Weaponry:
Aerial: Master While Noko's bending has quite a lot but her specialty are her weapons. She is an excellent archer with a slight interest in alchemy. Her bow is made of ivory and has small, swirling black stains on it from blackberry juice. Her arrows are made of white bark and are hollow, making them lighter than most. They are crested with large black feathers that she can light on fire to make the arrows deadlier.

Arm-Whips: MasterHer favorite weapons to use are her arm-whips. These are coated in a special powder she makes herself using her alchemy prowess. The whips wrap around her arms when not in use, but she can throw them out at a seconds notice, making them shock anyone they touch.

Alchemy: Expert Nokomi is talented when it comes to chemicals and concocting her own explosives and smoke-screens.

Knives: Expert Nokomi is very good with small blades; throwing knives, daggers, darts, you name it. As long as the blade isn't longer than nine inches, she's got talent for it.

She is also very acrobatic and agile, causing her to spend a lot of time in trees, and making ambushes her favorite method of taking people out.

Noko's hair is styled with buzzed sides and a long strip of hair down the top of her head; like a mohawk, only thicker and the hair that is left is extremely long. She either parts her hair down the center to hide the buzzed areas, or she will style it in loose curls on top of her head, or in a ponytail when on a mission. Her eyes are a dark amber color, and she used to have multiple facial and body piercings; eventually she grew out of them, and although she could put studs in when she wanted, she usually leaves her face clean now.

The clothing she wears is usually a tank top with ripped shorts, or if she's ambushing, she'll wear her black body suit, although she hates it because she's extremely claustrophobic. The tank top is a dark navy color, her ripped shorts the same, paired with hiking boots. Her black body suit is short sleeved with brown gloves and boots, and a black facial covering to hide her identity.



History:
Father: Tanlen Sen; deceased; Tanlen had been a secretive man; he had made many deals with pirates and ruffians in his lifetime; this is what many believe had caused him to be assassinated.

Mother: Irides Sen; deceased; Irides was a broken woman, although she was very loving; her childhood had been difficult and it provided her with the inability to connect with her children the way she should have. She did her best though, and before her marriage had been a wonderful bow-maker. She was killed when she had tried to protect Tanlen with her earthbending.

Brother: Tensei Sen; unknown; Tensei was last seen in Chin Village and Noko is not sure where he is or if he's even still alive.

Sister: Siri Sen; deceased; Siri had been a child that walked around with sunshine emanating from her very spirit. Everything she did had been perfect; it was as though she wore a halo. While you would think this would incite jealousy from her siblings, it was impossible to not adore Siri. She was, quite literally, the light of everyone's lives.

Uncle: Jerak Sen; unknown; Noko is very aware to the fact that she has an uncle. When her father and mother had been killed, he had refused to take them in. Noko isn't sure what his motives for that is, but she does know that he has gone into hiding ever since. She knows that if she ever sees him again though, she will not hesitate to kill him.


Childhood: Noko doesn't enjoy talking about her past; she was born in Jang Hui to a family who didn't exactly have the most money, but they were happy. She later discovered that their financial problems often arrived out of her father's love to gamble, and he usually lost. She grew up with loving parents and an older brother; two years later and her younger sister was born. All three were firebenders, despite Noko's mother being from the Earth Kingdom.

Death Will Come Knocking at the Door: Nokomi was orphaned at a young age by a cruel team of assassins in her home town. She had once set out with her older brother Tensei and her younger sister Siri to explore the world and a find a place to call home.

Death Comes Knocking Yet Again: Everything seemed to be looking up for the three orphans; they had supplies and often camped in the woods surrounding Jang Hui, as their home had been burned to the ground and many thought of them as targets. Tragedy struck when Siri drowned; Nokomi was fifteen and blames herself. In a moment of lightheartedness, she lost her sister and her best friend.

Running to Hide: In a torturous agony of pure grief and self-blame after watching her sister drown and realizing that she was unable to save her, Noko ran away from her camp; her brother had been off hunting for food. Two days later and she returned, scratched up and starving; not a single thing about the camp had changed.

Deserted: Noko had known how to track footsteps; she was lucky enough that there had been no rain and she followed her brother's footsteps from two days previous to find him camped out with a Fire Nation Army group. She felt abandoned; this only caused the hatred and pain in her heart to be increased. It had turned out that he had abandoned the two girls and had never known that Nokomi had left the camp, or that Siri had drowned.

Life As a Killer: A few months after her brother abandoned her, she was traveling the world as one of the best assassins the world had ever seen--although she prefers the term murderess. It has more 'finesse'. While many question the fact that she became an assassin after her parents had been taken from her by the very same thing, her response is usually "When one hates everything about their lives and themselves, the final step is to become the one thing you hate more than yourself." She began searching for Tensei, because she believed that if she was reunited with him, everything would go back to the way it used to be.

Searching: Two years later, Nokomi found him in Chin Village; turned out, she wanted nothing to do with him and has seen neither tale or hide of him since. She personally believes him to be dead to her and when someone asks of her family she will usually tell them that they all died when she was a child.

[i]Not Much Has Changed:[i] Two more years later, and she was at the ripe age of nineteen. Still an assassin, still a wanderer, and still very full of hate, not much has changed about her. Although, the world had changed. The War of Tipped Scales is done and over with, with Fire Lord Shula back in power, the original chiefs of the Water Tribes dead and replaced. She doesn't care much for politics, but still knows who the important folks are. After all, she is a murderess.
