Water Tribe Military Rank Structure

Owing to the fact that the Water Tribe Navy is made up of military forces from all three Alliance nations, yet which are all answerable to the same chain of command, the demand for a structured military hierarchy that all members of the fleet would respect and understand became apparent quickly. Rank structures from both ground and sea military forces were used to construct the singular hierarchy which was then applied to both the ground and sea forces of the Water Tribe Navy.
