Nokomi	Nokomi laid her head against the wall of the boat, feeling sick. God, how she hated water; the man steering gave her a toothy grin and chuckled. "Y'alrigh' thare, miss?" he said with another chuckle, and Noko shot him a glare before clutching her stomach. She was afraid she was going to lose her lunch. "How much farther?" she groaned as the boat rocked yet again. The view was spectacular, if you liked that sort of thing, but the constant swaying and rocking had Noko practically helpless. "No' much lef'ta go now, miss. 'Ell me, wha' brings ye to Kyoshi?" the sailor responded, and she didn't answer. What brought her to Kyoshi? Not much; perhaps an ability to do a job, maybe she could study the Kyoshi's while they trained. Yes, that was a nice answer; "I want to be trained." she said, leaning her head against the side of the boat yet again as she fought for her lunch. Well, you know, Kyoshi training wouldn't be all that bad; might help her with her work. "Trained? Well, g'luck with tha'," the sailor said, and she had a feeling that the Kyoshi warriors weren't up to taking apprentices at the moment. She could see land nearing, the great statue of Kyoshi rising above the beautiful landscape. With a sigh of relief, Nokomi stood, still holding tightly to the railing. "Hare we be, miss. Yer name an' a few coins, tha'd be all ta payment I need," the sailor said with another toothy grin, displaying mostly gums and blackened teeth. She handed him what was left in her purse, but paused when he asked for her name. "Siri." she responded simply, using her dead sister's name. No one would know that about Nokomi's past, and therefore the name was safe; for now. "'Ow nice," the sailor answered as they docked. Nokomi practically flung herself from the small boat, thanked the man kindly, and was off. She doubted if the Kyoshi's would train her, but that didn't mean it would stop her from trying. Even if she had to spy on them as they trained, it'd still be something. She walked through the streets of Kyoshi, not looking the citizens in the eye as she passed. Her clothing was neither red nor Fire Nation styled, so they could not suspect she was Fire Nation. The only thing that marked her such was her eye color, but she doubted that someone would pay much attention; her light blue hair was dyed with herbs, the roots just barely indicating that it was really black. It was down, two ends tasseled in the front like usual, the buzzed sides of her head hidden. Clothed in a short tank top and tight shorts, a few daggers on her belt and her arm-whips around her arms comfortably. Her quiver of arrows was tucked nicely in her pack, her ivory bow strapped behind the pack. While still visible, barely, the bow was well hidden and in a place where Noko would have ease to get it. She breathed in, loving the air, as a young male bumped into her. "Sorry, forgive me," he said, and Nokomi simply kept walking. While she spoke to the sailor because she had no other choice, she was not one for talking. Especially when she had something to do. "Miss?" the male repeated as she walked past, but she looked over her shoulder, gave him a nod, and continued along. No point in making herself known before she even got to the main part of the island. She continued along, finally reaching what appeared to be the Kyoshi training centre. Images of Suki, Anena, Tei, and Miana were hung above the door. She nodded in respect to these; she always did so when seeing someone of high respect, even if they were deceased. She peered inside the training centre, but found that someone was watching her, and so continued walking before seeing if there was anyone inside the training centre to begin with. With a sigh, she headed towards an inn.

Loki	At the inn was none other than the great and arrogant Loki! She was taking pocket change from people and putting them in other customers pockets, just to see if she could. And she was doing it quite well. She grabbed a rather large chunk of change from a young lass and put it in the pocket of an old man, when she saw her old friend Nokomi. She grabbed the change back out of the old man's pocket, walked over to Nokomi and said, "Hello miss. May I buy you a drink?" and was starting to giggle at the end of the question. A bit of a sputtering cough came out of her mouth from trying not to laugh.

Nokomi	Walking up to the front of the inn, Nokomi realized that she had emptied her purse into the sailor's hand. Looking about, she figured one of the people of Kyoshi would...ah, generously tip their hand in her favor. Looking about, she did not see one whose pockets were overflowing. Nay, the people of Kyoshi lived together, their class the same, status the same...together, they lived peacefully. She sighed, not wanting to take from people such as these, but with a small swift motion, a few coin fell onto the road out of a woman's purse. She immediately stooped and handed them back to her. "Oh, thank you!" the woman said kindly, and Nokomi gave her a small smile. The woman put a few coin in Nokomi's palm, and it was all Noko could do to keep the smirk off of her face. "For your help, and your trouble," the woman said, walking away. Nokomi shoved the coin into a bag, now hoping that she had enough to buy lodging for a night. She continued, now smiling quite happily, when she saw something she thought she'd recognized. But, she shrugged and turned away. She was off duty, she needed to relax her mind and stop paying attention to such small details. She walked past a small crowd, the bustling people making her tense. "Hello miss. May I buy you a drink?" A voice said, with a slight giggle at the end, followed by a cough. Noko stopped dead. The voice...it was all too familiar. She turned halfway to see Loki grinning up at her, and Noko mentally facepalmed. Not this again, she thought. 'I'm good, Loki. Bit busy," she said awkwardly, hoping that the loudmouth airbender wouldn't blow her cover. She had to be more and more careful as time went on... "So, are we going to have another adventure? Loki and Siri strike again?" Nokomi asked with a strained smile, stressing the name Siri.

Loki	Loki innocently asked, "Siri? Who the hell's that?" but quickly realized what Nokomi was saying and said, "Ha! Just kidding Siri, course it's you." Loki swiftly stuffed the coins she'd taken into someone else's pocket and folded her arms. She said, "So what are you doing here Siri? I haven't seen you for quite a while." Loki did a sweet handstand, using air instead of muscle to hold herself up. "I've been practicing my cool tricks. It's funner than my other job. Doesn't pay the bills though."

Nokomi	Nokomi gave a weak chuckle at Loki, not responding. Instead, she walked up the steps to the inn, motioning for Loki to follow her. The man at the counter allowed Nokomi a room in the corner of the inn, and it was shoddy, bare, cold and damp, but at least it was lodging. She paid for this, her coin just barely covering the price, before going at sitting at the bar. She was not in the mood for a drink; she hardly touched the stuff; she simply wanted to talk with Loki and get a bit of food, still having a few coppers left over.

Loki	Loki followed Nokomi into the inn, finally ending at the bar. "Oh God, we're not doing this again are we? Last time we drank well...you were not happy at all." Loki did not drink often, and had only drank last time because Nokomi had made it seem like a challenge. She now wondered if she was brave enough to do it again.

Nokomi	Noko gave out an actual laugh at Loki's hesitancy. "Nah. Just want something to eat; it's been along trip to get here." she said, still laughing lightly. "What are you doing in Kyoshi anyways?" Noko asked, a bit curious and a bit more talkative as well. A man began playing a sitar over in the corner, and Nokomi found the music very calming; she turned back to Loki looking more at ease than she probably ever had. There was no firm set line to her lips, instead a relaxed upturning of the corners of her mouth. Her eyes looked more open and friendly, no longer tight and restricted. She brushed her light blue bangs out of her face, the roots just barely showing black. She'd have to dye it again soon, but for now, she relaxed a moment or two. No point in freaking out; she'd never been to Kyoshi before, and was going by her sister's name. What could go wrong?

Loki	Loki almost let out a sigh of relief when Nokomi said she was just getting food. Loki was pretty hungry too and still had the pocket change of the last man. She ordered herself something and then answered Nokomi, "I don't really have a reason to be in Kyoshi. It just good for me to...move around a lot." referring to how it made it easier to thieve if she left the place she'd done it last. Harder to trace a suspect who wasn't there. Especially since it took most people quite a while to get from place to place, while Loki could just fly there. She wondered what Nokomi did for a living but asked, "Wait, what are you doing in Kyoshi?"

Nokomi	"Just passing through. I've never visited the island before; thought I'd try it out." she said with a shrug. No point in giving Loki the lame excuse of wanting "Kyoshi training". Noko's smug conceit of being the best murderess out there came back, and she found the fact that she'd been considering it extremely silly.

Loki	Loki laughed at Nokomi's silly response, "Thought you'd try it out? It's not a restaurant or circus or anything. It just another city." Of course, Kyoshi Island was different in that it had one of the best forces of justice in the entire world. The Kyoshi Warriors were not people to mess with, and Loki was a bit more careful with her antics here. Well, actually, not really, she kind of got a kick out of how risky it was to commit crimes here, and an idea popped into her head as she thought about this. "Hey Nokomi..." Loki whipsered, "Wanna try to pull one over on the Kyoshi Warriors?" You could see the laughter in Loki's face. She was really amused by the idea.

Nokomi	Nokomi's curiosity was piqued. "What do you have in mind?" she asked with a roguish grin; pulling one over on one of the most well-trained soldiers in the world? This she had to see. She felt safe as well, seeing as how she was going by Siri and Loki hadn't managed to blow her cover--yet.
