Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Akhet chuckled. "if it works, I see no problem." he nodded. the back that he had made though, was more of a square-ish design, solid and large enough to hold someone's back. it was rather high, to the point where an average-sized person would have it go just a little past the shoulders. after all, if it was a massage chair, he wanted to make sure it could reach the neck and shoulders, which were some of the most tense muscles in the body most of the time. His work had more of the solid Water Tribe-esque structure to it (naturally), but he glanced at her to see what she thought of it.

Minali Otoyome	"S'perfect!" She praises, taking a good look at it. "It'll give me plenty'a room t'add mechanics to it, an' it's nice an' sturdy!" Minali meant every word; she wouldn't lie just to save his feelings. Tracing her finger along on the floor, she stars to trace a square, and then other things inside of it, already thinking of how to do it. Then with a nod, she smiles, "Ah think that'll work just perfect!"

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Once again, Akhet smirked. "that was what I had in mind." he indicated, "and the back is high so that the mechanism will be able to reach the top of your back and shoulders." referring to anyone who used it as the 'your' in question. smiling at her approval, he nodded. "good to hear!" He beamed, "and perhaps tomorrow you can show me the way you tinker with the machinery and such. he shrugged, assuming that it would be after business hours or what have you, but he was fine with that. Perhaps because of his fondness of her, he took a special itnerest in the things she did now, and wanted to learn about them the same way she had wanted to learn about healing.

Minali Otoyome	Minali was quite pleased that he wanted to watch her work, but even happier that he was actually interested and helpful. "Ah'd love t'show ya!" She told him with a smile, moving her hand up to gently tug on his braid, "So long 's we get a spare minute t'do anythin'...Th'kids fair near swarm th'store, most days, an' Ah was closed today, so it's gonna be all th'more hectic." Despite her warning, she was definitely looking forward to it. Not only would her first day back hopefully earn some good revenue, but she would also have help! And said help was her best friend.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Akket chuckled at her excitement, and retaliated at her tugging his braids by bouncing her curls. It was a cute little game the two of them played. "I can probably help you keep some of the kids in check too." he added with a chuckle. "I'm rather used to kids for several reasons." The Water Tribes had always been the most family-oriented of the Four Nations, and Akhet himself came from a large family. Being the youngest just meant that he got to deal with nieces and nephews sooner. he turned back towards Minali with a smirk. "It sounds exciting enough for me." he bounced her curls again, "It'll be fun."

Minali Otoyome	Grinning at him, Minali actually mentioned, "Ah figured ya t'be good with kids... Y'got th'right personality fer it." It was a compliment, but she presented it in a teasing manner - she's learning from Akhet. It was sincere, though; he was both playful and calm, which was a good combination for handling children. Tugging on his braid once again, Minali stood, heading over for some more supplies. "Ah'm gonna attach th'back've th'chair to th'base, and then we should be good t'go... Can ya hold th'pieces together, while Ah do?" While she would have been able to do it herself - after much cursing, readjusting, and irritation - she wanted Akhet to be a part of it.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Akhet chuckled. "well... you figured correctly, m'dear." he cooed, ruffling her curly hair playfully. He figured she was pretty good with them too--she had to be if she ran a toy shop. Besides, she was so sweet and kind. he liked that about her. always one to retaliate anytime she tugged his braids, he bounced her hair with a light chuckle. "Sure thing." he agreed, and after they were ready, he would hold the back of the chair until it was securely attached to the seat of it. Sure it was a one-person job, but it was more practical with two, and Akhet liked helping her. after a couple of minutes, Akhet grinned at her. "well... how's it look?

Minali Otoyome	Screwing the last of the connecting screws into place, Minali gave a hum, indicating for Akhet to flip the chair right-side up. "Lemme see..." She muttered, almost to herself, reaching out to wiggle the back of the seat, to see if it would move around out of place. It gave a slight shift, much to her dissatisfaction. "Ah just gotta tighten th'screws a li'l more," She answered, motioning, with a smile, for the chair to be upside down again. Working at it for another minute or two, pulling on the small metallic pieces with all her might, she nods up at Akhet. "Outta be good an' set, now."

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Akhet carefully held the chair in place while Minali screwed it together, and gave a satisfied nod at the results. Definitely not one to say it was done with just that though, his curly-haired friend beat him to suggesting they inspect it. Flipping it back upside down, he held it tightly so that the screws would go in right, and once it was done, he grinned back at her. "We did good then..." he agreed. "All in a day's work I'd say." he patted her back, his hands sliding gently down to her butt, which even now, he couldn't help but playfully squeeze.

Minali Otoyome	With a wiggle and a giggle, Minali leaned into his embrace, resting her head on his chest. "Why don't'cha be th'first t'try it out?" She offers, gesturing at the chair, which would hopefully soon be an invention. It was solid, of course, and would easily support his weight - both of them together, even, if he wanted to pull her down with him.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Glancing first between her and then the chair, Akhet grinned. "I think that can be arranged." he sat down on it, shifting around to tesst how comfortable it was, and that it could hold their weight. it didn't creak or groan under his weight, and so glancing back at her again, he had another idea. "Let's add more weight." he chuckled, grabbing her playfully and sitting her on his lap so she was straddling him. Shamelessly, he grinned up at her, also grinning because the chair hadn't creaked or groaneed with their combined weight. "This is a nice, lovely chair. very well-built..." he nodded. "much like the woman in front of me."

Minali Otoyome	Unexpectedly finding herself being pulled off her feet, Minali gave a surprised squeak, falling into his lap. Thankfully, the chair didn't make a sound, giving the both of them a good indication as to its stability. His other comment made her laugh, rather than giggle. "Yer such a brat..." She admonished gently, sticking her tongue out at him, crossing her arms over her chest.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Laughing at her cute little squeak, Akhet smiled up at her as she gave her traditional comment. "I love you too..." he chuckled, and his hands softly squeezed her butt. "Besides... you're cute and maybe one day I won't be as bratty." he joked, although was dead serious about her being cute, of course. pausing, he looked up at her. "The night is ours, by the way." he whispered in a much less teasing and much more caring tone. He was sort of imaging her with her clothes off again (which was rather easy given that he had seen it before), but he didn't see a need to jump straight into that. He'd play and tease a bit first, at the very least. it depended on what she wanted of course.

Him being a brat was something that she really liked about him, however much she mentioned it in chiding. "Ah wouldn't want ya t'be less bratty... Ah like ya, th'way you are," She admitted, in a softer tone. But when he mentioned that the evening was free and just for them, she began thinking. "We could run 'round and chase one another again?" Minali offered, unsure of what else to do. She was open to suggestions.

"And I like you the way you are. quirks, accent, calling-me-a-brat, and all." he grinned proudly at her. There was really basically nothing about her that he would change. Maybe it was because he was in love, but there was surely more than that. "hmm... I like the way that sounds." he chuckled, and deciding to tease, added, "we might be a bit overdressed, but TAG YOU'RE IT!" he shouted playfully, his voice not really being a very booming one. instantly retracting his arms from around her, he bolted for the stairs with a playful laugh.

Minali Otoyome	"Ey!" She shouted, laughing, suddenly alone and watching him retreat up the steps. Though slightly behind and at a disadvantage, Minali charged up the stairs after him, now 'it'. Once she reached the second floor, she went quiet, looking around for any sight of Akhet. Her grin was strong and playful on her face; she was enjoying every second of this. "Come out, come out, where ever ya are...~" Minali sang very quietly, wondering just where he had gone.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Laughing, Akhet raced up the stairs and towards the bedroom. Besides, it would give him a quicker way to run if he needed to go back down, because he would jump the last several steps as he so often did, or something. He had hidden himself in the bedroom, crouching behind one of the beds. as she approached, he could hear her singsong voice. looking down and noticing a pair of his shoes, he tossed one at the wall of the room to make a noise, to attract Minali in the right direction, although he himself remained hidden.

She didn't quite see him, but she knew that he was there. Taking a step to check behind the first bed, she pouts, finding nothing there. "Akheeeeet..." She whined slightly, moving on once again, "Yer too good at this..."

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	Akhet stifled his laughter so he would not fully give away where he was. the room was not terribly large, and if he was not behind one bed, chances meant he was behind the other, unless he had locked himself in the washroom, which he hadn't. as she approached the other bed, he sprang out with a laugh. "Boo!" he laughed, reaching for her and grabbing her butt playfully to see how she would react.

Giggling for a few moments, she presses a kiss to his cheek, "Found ya~!" Really, he had found her, but who's keeping track? "Issit mah turn, then?" She asks, swaying her hips gently, brushing her fingers over Akhet's neck.

"your turn indeed..." he grinned shamelessly, "and these should come off." he motioned at her guard, blouse, and shorts. If she gawked at him, he would say he was kidding, but wouldn't mind if she actually did. He just wanted to see her bedazzled reaction, assuming there was one.

Minali Otoyome	Though his hip swaying had Minali giggling, his tattoos definitely caught her eye. They were beautiful and looked quite appealing on his back. Once he was out of sight, she slipped her clothes off quickly, already heading for the door. Her hope was that she could be at least halfway down the stairs before he even emerged from the bathroom.

Akhet Sumatra Tallarico	When Akhet emerged, all he found in front of him was a pile of clothes and boots. laughing, he glanced towards the open door and knew what she had done. Clever girl. he liked that. Bounding after her, he skipped 3 stairs at a time, jumping the last 6 like he so often did. "Minaaaallliiiiiii..." he sang, glancing around at where she could have run off to. "where'd you hide your cute little self this time..." he listened for any signs of movement, glancing this way and that. there were also a few small tattoos on his upper arms, usually concealed by his sleeves. He was sure Minali saw them, but they would talk about that later.
