The Start of the New New Chapters [Read]

So as you are all aware of, I am not as active as I should be.
Hopefully, that changes today.

It is time I take my own responsibility as an Administrator and help out around here.
I have requests that must be filled.

First of all, I need to take a rolecheck.
Would the Nation Leaders please post here that they are active?

Now, on to my next request.
I need at least on active moderator for the site.
I know some of the members on here are kids and could care very little for the well being of the site, but as I've been watching I know there are some good potential moderators here. If you wish to apply it's quite simple, send me a PM with your TIMEZONE and WHY YOU SHOULD BE MODERATOR!

My next request in motion;
I need the Nation Leader positions to be filled.
This include the Earth King and the Air Council.

Also, any nation leader that does not post in this thread will be checked for inactivity notices and last active, and if it checks out that they are inactive without notice they'll be given a 7 day warning.

Now, on to my ideas.

First of all, I will be taking on the role of the Avatar, as it seems no one else applied.
If anyone wishes to be the avatar you MUST be an older member and have been active for quite some time. I am taking this position for the well being of the roleplay.

Second of all, I feel it necessary to have an official tournament going on here.
This must have at least 5 participating members for me to launch it.
Here are the details

Tournament of New Chapters #1
To begin, let's get started with the basics. Any weapon is allowed for use, and any element is allowed. You must have at least 200 EXP to join the tournament.

Upon entering the tournament, you will be matched up with a person closest to your EXP.

The winner of this tournament with be rewarded the rank or Novice II. If you have any further questions, please message me.

In order of Fire Lord Novais war on the Earth Kingdom and Air Temple, and the confusion of the Earth King, I will resume my initial occupation as the Earth King.

I may make a new account later and fill up a space in the Air Council, we'll see.
