Personality: Sayuri is generally a happy, carefree, kind person. She rarely gets angry and generally stays happy a lot off the time. She is a very loyal and steadfast friend too most people if she thinks they are kind and honest, she hates liars.
However a lot off people think her strange for being generally happy all off the time. She gets angry when people try to hurt her friends, and that usually results in people getting hurt, or just really wet. That just makes people think her more weird, she doesn't generally care for public opinion much.
She is a natural prankster sometimes, not very often but she does prank people, not her friends though. But when it comes too her Healing she can be very serious. Every wound is treated with the utmost care by her. She studies hard for her bending sometimes. Her qualities may sometimes overlap but overall she is just a happy person, at least she tries too be as often as humanly possible.
Abilities:Sayuri is quite obviously a bender. She is better at healing however compared to her actual water bending, though the gap is very slim. She likes to help people more than hurting them, but that doesn't mean that in any way shape or form she ignores her training.
When she is not helping people with various injuries she is usually practicing her own bending abilities. Be it via reading water bending scrolls or physically trying out new techniques she might have picked up that day, her friends like to tease that the only times she can focus is when she practices or heals.
She is person who actually, despite her lack of concentration she is able to study and get a lot done if she tries too, otherwise there is no hope of her doing anything productive. Unless it is making herself look pretty.

Hair: Her hair is a shade darker than her eyes and is usually tied down into two separate locks. Using traditional water bending hair garments.
Skin: Tanned as any other water tribes person.
Sayuri can be described as pretty, if you had too sum up her appearance in one word. (She wouldn't like it if you said otherwise!) Her facial features as well as the rest of her body seem to be perfect for her, she doesn't have a single flaw on her body as off yet. She is either fawned over or ignored, depending on the kind off person.
Her hair is always sculpted too perfection, her hair being one of her more noticeable features. She rarely has it cut and when she does there is few who she will let touch her precious locks, if they get it wrong they get drenched, simple.
Her garb is slightly out off the ordinary. She is usually wearing the traditional water tribe colours, but with her own twist. She wears blue shorts that are adorned with a blue sash, with a picture of the moon woven into it. Her upper body consists of likewise similar styled clothing, made to look good and work even better. They are decorated beautifully as well. If things get too cold, which they sometimes can do, other parts can be added too the clothing to make it more covering, but still in the same style.
Weaponry & Other Gear:Water skin - Her water skin is decorated in the same fashion as her clothing, and is woven into the back off her vest, under the coat. It is always filled with clean water as often as it can be. It actually can be filled via two holes on her shoulders, which have small vein-like tubes into the skin itself, she can bend water in and out off these.
History:Sayuri was born an only child to the happy Tanaka family in the Southern Water Tribe. Her parents had been trying to have a child for many moons now, and they were over said moon too finally have little Sayuri in their lives.
Her father was a hunter by profession, and was a non-bender. He was kind and gentle at times with Sayuri, and other times the angry but still proud father when she thought it amusing too bend water over his head. Her mother was likewise kind and gentle but always remained so. Her mother was a healer and off course a bender, which is how Sayuri was able too pick up the trait.
When she was roughly four, she showed talent for bending for the first time, managing to move a small little trickle of water out of her mothers water skin and into her fathers face, and so began the "Face-splashing" that would follow her for the rest of her young life.
She was always a happy child. Her parents being happy made her happy, and vice versa, they were content too live out their lives in their happy little home.
Because her mother was a healer and her father a hunter, Sayuri's family was always fairly well off, not filthy stinking rich however, but they got by comfortably.
When Sayuri was ten years old, her mother began to train her in the art form that is water bending. The child showed and still does show a great natural talent for all things water. She studied hard, and plays harder, the motto she strongly lives her life by.
Not much really happened at the start of her teen years, other than her female body developing and the boys of the Tribe taking notice off her. Her beauty really started to show though when she turned fifteen. Now she is seventeen and will soon be eighteen, and old enough too marry, she is wary off how many boys she already knows who want to give her a necklace.. Sigh.

Sayuri looked up from the scroll she had been reading, by her warm hearth. She was sat in her medium sized bedroom, reading a water bending technique scroll. Her father was stood in her doorway, a small little package in his hands. She smiled and looked up at him, saying.
"Hello daddy, what have you got there?"
She was very curious too see what he had brought her, she got gifts all the time but this time he had a strange smile on his face, it was clearly something good. Sayuri looked expectantly at him, until he produced a baby polar dog.
The package had been a ploy, the puppy was behind his back!
She squealed in delight, and stood up to take the puppy in her arms and hug it, and then in turn hug her father.
"Oh, thank you! I promise to train him well, I will look after him and everything!"
Her father simply laughed and returned her hug with a nod. He then walked out leaving her with the pup. She turned around in her room too look at the puppy and beamed at him, he had fallen asleep at her fireplace, right on top of the scroll she had been reading...
