Personality: Kiyoto is a very easy to excite young boy. He has an extreme love for the water and a strong fascination with it, having been taught the arts from a young age. He is usually easy to impress, but doesn't study much at all despite the fact he wants to. With his family he is always respectful, although with strangers he can be a bit of a "brat". He has a craving for adventure, and highly enjoys exploring places, meeting other kids his age and bending. Curiosity often gets the best of him usually, but he likes to show off to others in any way he can.

Abilities: Being so young, and also a beginner with little experience, he can't move water as well as his sister can. He also doesn't do healing, and is more focused with actual bending of water than anything else. He isn't all that dedicated either, constantly being forced to study by his sister. Despite his lack of experience in bending, he is very agile for his age, and can climb really well.

Appearance:
Height: Three foot, seven inches.
Weight: 90 pounds.
Eyes: Brown, like his sister.
Hair: A slighter darker brown than his eyes are, and quite long all around.
Skin: An unusual pale, almost white tone, like his father's.

Kiyoto is quite small and very thin for his age, with a very light toned skin color. He is not what those consider perfect like his sister, but he doesn't care a great deal. He prefers to be casual and happy over extreme and fussy.

His hair is never all that bothered with. He does wash it, but he doesn't go to any extra lengths to make it look amy better than it does everyday. It is considerably long; it goes almost past his eyes, and on the sides it goes beyond his ears. Like his sister he rarely cuts it. In fact he never does himself. He's normally forced to do it by his parents. Or sister!

He wears the traditional clothing southern water tribe people have, and unlike his sister, he wears clothing which is very covering; having rarely any skin showing. It consists of a deep blue, and has a few odd rips on it in general due to all the diving and sliding he does in boredom.

History: Kiyoto was born after his sister Sayuri to the Tanaka family, taking his father's pale skin color and his mother's physique. Although his family thought he was a non-bender, he proves his waterbending abilities when he was five, following in Sayuri's footsteps. However, he also followes his father's for a brief amount of time, although his love of water and bending at such a young age made him persue bendig instead.

His mother was a kind and gentle one, although he didn't get all that much attention from her as she was really concerned about Sayuri and her overdramatic appearance changing. She was a waterbender too, which explains how either of them can do it in the first place. He had a great envy over his sister, although he behaves around her. She could whip his butt any day.

He was easily taught, although he never really showed much interest in learning anything othet than bending. Even within bending he hardly did much, but when he did, he did so really well, exceeding his sister with learning ability, just not with actual dedication.

Throughout his life he's always explored off alone, and gotten lost, to come back to an angry, angry father. He gradually, over time has stopped doing so! (Thankfully!)
