The kid next to me might be tasty, but don't kill him just yet. we're stranded on an island back in our own world and I need company." she didn't really care how that was taken.
as they flew, Lyndis watched with interest, the scenery in front of them.
"Enjoying might not be the right word," she cooed, giving Kei a reminder of just how oddly sweet and soothing Lyndis' voice was--it seemed like it belonged to a different person entirely, "but I'm not afraid, if that's what you mean. I never really understood the concept of fear." She truly didn't, and she didn't even know why, herself.
