Zehir	She'd gotten the final package- some daggers, knives, and other weapons from a local blacksmith. It was over for now, the ordeal of traveling and picking up all the items the family shop would be selling. Now she got to do the part she enjoyed. She hid her enormous backpack in some trees on the outskirts of town, and she began the hike. Three empty bottles, a throwing knife or two, she was ready for her hunt. Step by step, she ascended one of the many mountains around Gaoling. Today she was hunting a very special serpent, the mountain coil snake. It was said the venom could kill a man in ten seconds, but Zehir knew better. It took five. The poison was probably the most efficient in the world. You could hold another person in silence for five seconds. It was a top seller. It was Zehir's favorite challenge. The snakes became more potent with age. Zehir was going big today. A black rock protruded into the sun, a great spot for warmth. A great spot for reptilian fiends. She silently approached the spot, but was disappointed. Not here. What was that? A rustle- tall grasses shook giving away a scaly shifter. A knife stopped the shaking. Damn. Dead snakes gave no juice. It was a big one too, a waste. She backtracked the snake, maybe he'd lead her to some more. The day was early, there'd be plenty of hunting.

Zehir	Thirty minutes of no luck, the snakes were being tricky today. The little mischievous predators had eluded her longer than usual. The day was only warm, they'd have to be sunning somewhere. All around her, trees and grasses would give shade to any of those armless, legless creatures. Volcanic rock was always a favorite, the black rocks were hotter in the sun, but where would some be in hills like this? In the meantime, she checked some crumbled ruins. It must have been a rather large building put on a hill for the view. It was probably over a hundred years old, and the environment had already reclaimed it. The sun beat down, and the stone absorbed the heat rather well. Zehir looked at all of the stones, resting her eyes on each one. There, on one of the tallest ones, a shiny black serpent rested. It was relaxed, its eyes closed in a midday snooze. "Having no predators makes these snakes a bit stupid," normally snakes weren't so obvious, but the mountain coil snake didn't have any hunters. Except for Zehir of course. She snatched the snake by the head, slamming its fangs into the film that went over the bottle. Surprised, the instinctive little bugger released as much venom as it could muster. When it was done, Zehir threw it against the rocks, followed by a knife. One bottle down. She pondered snake's shiny, black skin. She'd love some gloves of the same material. She skinned the dead beast but had nowhere to put the pelt. It was all bloody, but she stuffed in her boots, which were plenty long enough to hold the five foot skin when she folded it in thirds. She'd have to find a person to do this for her. Maybe she'd do it herself instead.

Zehir	After another hour, Zehir stumbled upon two snakes together. It was a shame that the hunting day would end so soon, but she was able to grab both by the head in each hand. She brought them down on the two last bottoms, which she had set on the ground. The large snakes filled the bottles, and Zehir repeated her killing and skinning. These gloves would be...nice. She made her way back to Gaoling.
