A group that has just recently started up, Xuri is a group of High-Level Benders with unknown intentions. The group itself is shrouded in mystery and not much is known. Their prescence became widely known after their Invasion On The Fire Nation.

Abilities - Water Bender, Specializes in steam bending. Heats normal water to a very high temperature to turn it into a gas. Controlling the super heated water particles in the gas to create a cloud that can burn people on touch. Very Dangerous.
Personality - High Cultured, Looks Down On Most Others
Equipment - Staff
Events - Was involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Killed many Fire Nation Soldiers during the attack and managed to escape safely.
Known History - Was from a Noble Family in the Northern Water Tribe. Was taught Steam Bending, her families trade secrets at a young age and quickly mastered the technique. For reasons unknown, she ran away from home at the age of 15. Nothing is known of her until she shows up again at the age of 29, during the Invasion Of The Fire Nation on the side of the Xuri.
Zhong Zhiqiang -

Abilities - Air Bender, capable of forming fogs to hide his presence and disrupting the movement of sound in the air around him, muffling his movements, basically turning himself invisible. Very skilled assassin and very deadly in the art of silent killing.
Personality - Quite, Does not say much, Easily follows orders
Equipment - 12 throwing knives, 2 heavy daggers
Events - Involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Infiltrated the Fire Nation in an attempt to kill Fire Lord Tarek. Instead encountered and engaged in combat with Fire Lady Sanaki and was killed by her hands.
Sanaki vs. ZhongKnown History - Born in the Southern Air Temple, Zhong grew up considered a prodigy, showing skill at bending sound itself. Zhong was taken into a secret program to create a new branch of Assasins to rival the Western Air Temples Tekina-Kaze. The Main Air Council eventually found out about the program and shut it down, saying that "It was only a Catalyst to more war." Those involved in the program were marked as criminals and were forced to flee.
Even though Zhong was separated with his previous allies during the fleeing, he was not worried, he had already mastered the art of "Silent Killing". With that, Zhong quickly became a world famous assassin and easily made a spot for himself in history. Not much was really heard from Zhong at this point other than the occasional killing. As a result, everyone was caught off guard at his sudden involvement in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. His was finally defeated and killed at the hands of The Blind Phoenix, Sanaki.
Pan Hua -

Abilities - Air Bender, Archer. Is an archer/Air Bender specializing in sniping maneuvers. Uses Air Bending to help guide an arrow toward a target and increase its effective range of attack.
Personality - Cocky, Confident
Equipment - Long Bow, Dagger, 2 Dozen Arrows
Events - Involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Fought against another Air Bender Sniper, Ryuu, and was killed.
Ryuu Vs. PanKnown History - Born in the Northern Air Temple, Pan ran away during her teenage years, disagreeing with all of the morals and philosophy the elders were trying to force on her. From there, Pan joined up with a band of mercenary's and grew up with them, learning how to use a bow and mastered her air bending through much combat experience.
Pan didn't became a outstanding figure until the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. She entered combat against Ryuu, another Air Bender Sniper and was killed by him.
Tseng Chaoxiang- Image:
Abilities - Water Bender. Specializes in making weapons out of ice. Is able to draw moisture out of the air to create ice weapons, therefore looks as if he was materializing weapons out of thin air.
Personality - Humble, Patient

Known History - Once a Captain in the Water Nation Army, Tseng deserted when he was given the order to kill a child.
Lau Linh- Image:
Abilities - Earth Bender. Specializes in Lava Bending. Lava Bends being super heating rocks until they are molten. Very Destructive and Dangerous.
Personality - Violent, Cruel Humor
Equipment - None
Events - Invovled in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Used Lava Bending to wreck havoc amongst the city. Later engaged in combat with Katsuo and Isikiro. Managed to successfully flee the battle.
Katsuo and Isikiro vs. LauKnown History - Born into slavery and was taught to fight by her master, for the sole purpose of fighting in the underground fighting arena. She absolutely hated by forced to do such a thing. With the help of an unknown figure, she was secretly taught lava bending. She eventually killed her master by catching him off guard with her lava bending and earned her freedom.
Years later, it becomes clear that since then, she ends up joining the Xuri and was involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. She was responsible for the destruction of many building and ends up in a battle against Katsuo and Isikiro.
Tsoi Lok -

Abilities - Fire Bending. Also has the third eye ability to create explosions using his mind. Unlike the previous third eye explosion benders, Tsoi is capable of firing three at once making him extremely dangerous at long range.
Personality - Flirtatious, Friendly
Equipment - Steel Staff
Events - Involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Used combustion bending to bomb the city from the sky aboard Zeppelins. Engaged in combat with Fire Lord Tarek and was eventually killed.
Tarek vs. TsoiKnown History - Not much is actually known on the Origins of Combustion benders. Many suggest that they actually come from a small tribe. Whether this is true or not, Tsoi doesn't show up until many years after his birth. He worked as a hit-man, carrying hits and taking out specified targets. Tsoi disappears from the black markets for a while, only to show up once again during the Invasion Of The Fire Nation.
Ping Mingxia- Image:
Abilities - Earth Bending. Specializes in controlling puppets using Earth Bending. Ping will generally hide her real presence and replace it with a humanoid puppet making most think that the puppet is her. As an enemy is distracted fighting her puppet, Ping will attack the target from the shadows from a blind spot.
Personality - Intimidating, Serious
Equipment - Throwing Needles, Metal Puppet with a Scythe.
Events - Involved in the Invasion Of The Fire Nation. Was causing panic in the main plaza of the Fire Nation Capital by killing anyone within sight. Engaged in combat with Kei and manages to later successfully retreat.
Kei vs. Ping Known History - None.
San Kang - Spoiler:
Abilities - Water Bender/Blood Bender. Specializes in water bending healing, but uses a unique combination of blood bending as well in order to heal. Very skilled healer, capable of healing targets from a distance and even capable of reattaching severed limbs. Also capable of High Speed regeneration on lighter wounds with Blood Bending.
Personality - Dark, Psycho, Masochistic
Equipment - Katana and a dagger
Events - Was at the Invasion Of The Fire Nation, but didn't do anything.

Jiraia Hozen - Image:
Abilities - Fire Bender, Lightning Bender, and a very skilled in the arts of a Samurai. Using electricity, Jiraia can vibrate his custom made Katana at extremely high frequencies, giving it the ability to easily slice through objects such as metal. A master in the Iaido way of the Sword, quickly drawing the sword from its sheath and instantly cutting down a foe with lightning reflexes.
Personality - Confident, Eager
Equipment - Custom Made Katana, Custom Made Wakazashi, and 24 Shurikens
Events - None
Known History - Born into a wealthy family, Jiraia mastered the way of the sword at a young age. Jiraia later grew up to become the head of his family. It is not known yet that Jiraia is helping fund the Xuri.
Guang Shreiber - Spoiler:
Abilities - A Mad Scientist. Dr. Shreiber absolute genius, specializing in technology for warfare. Also A Very Skilled Boxer
Personality - Paranoid, Psycho, Mad, Genius
Equipment - Unknown
Events - None
Known History - Was the Head Of The Science and Development Apartment all the way until the end of the War Of Tipped Scales. Dr. Shreiber was skilled at what he did and gave the Fire Nation a huge edge during the battle. The Docter was feared because of the way he conducted his work; using human experimentation, killing many of his test subjects, and even rumors of dark, top secret research into what exactly chi was and how to control it to a even further level. Dr. Shreiber was kicked out of office after the war finished once new leadership took control of the Fire Nation because his work was considered inhumane and evil.
For unknown reason, may it be for revenge or the sake of something far more dangerous, Dr. Shreiber has joined forces with the Xuri.

Was eventually sealed in a different dimension for many years until he was finally freed by Xanxus, Leader Of The Xuri.
