Tsoi Lok (Firebender/Combustion Bender) looked out of one of the windows of the Zeppelin he was riding in. They were high above the Fire Nation Capital. It was a beautiful sight really, not a single cloud for miles letting the suns beautiful rays illuminate the entire city. Tsoi couldn't help but sigh to himself, it was too nice of a day to be starting a war.
There was a sudden yell from the front of the Airship breaking Tsoi's daydreaming.
"We just got the signal!" Shouted the voice, "Commence attack!"
Tsoi did a couple of stretches and opened a ramp door on the side of the zeppelin leading directly outside. He had to hold on to a handle inside of the ship in order to not be blown back by the wind. Tsoi looked down upon the Fire Nation Capital and spotted his first target, a soldier barracks.
Channeling chi to the Third eye on his forehead, Tsoi sent three high powered beams toward the barracks over a mile below him. Two of the beams missed and exploded hitting other random buildings instead of the target he intended to hit. The third shot however made contact and consumed a large portion of the barracks in flames no doubt killing at least some of the soldiers inside.
Ready to fire again, Tsoi sent another barrage of his combustion bending toward another barracks, destroying it as well. Tsoi continued doing this as it was his current mission, bomb high priority targets of the city from high above using his combustion bending.

Pan Hua (Airbender/Sniper) made her way to the top of a random tower early that morning. She had a very good view of the surrounding area from here. When the conflict starts, her job was to provide pinpoint shots to any enemies her allies would come across and support their efforts in killing Fire lord Tarek. She looked up at a Zeppelin in the clear sky, it was the one Tsoi was in, the one who she would wait for the signal of.
Explosions suddenly erupted at several of the buildings in the distance. It was no doubt Tsoi's doing. Pan drew an arrow from her one of the several quivers she brought with her (She's carrying more than 24 arrows at the moment) and took a deep breath. She spotted her first target on the roads below her, a fire nation soldier. She released the string and sent the arrow flying towards the soldier, bolstering its speed and accuracy with air bending.
The arrow connected with the soldiers head, killing him instantly. Pan drew another arrow with great speed immediately afterward, searching for another target that must be dropped.

Lau Linh (Earth Bender/Lava Bender) simply waited the main communication tower in the Fire Nation Capital. It wasn't like she would have brought attention to herself, the Fire Nation Capital was a busy city after all and people were always everywhere.
Upon hearing the explosions in the distance, which she knew was Tsoi's doing marking the start of the mission, Lau used a unique style of Earth Bending. It involved superheating rocks, turning it from a solid into a molten liquid. She turned the ground underneath the communication tower into lava, and caused the entire tower to collapse, hopefully destroying the long range communication system.
Like Tsoi, Lau was given the task of destroying high priority targets with her first target being the communication tower. With communications crippled, Pan ran off toward her next target, and avoided attracting attention to herself by blending into the currently panicking crowd.

Ping Mingxia (Earth Bender/Metal Bender/ Puppeteer) hid in a room of a third story building that overlooked the central plaza of the Fire Nation Capital. She was peering out of the window at the moment, looking down on the plaza at her large metal puppet. The puppet was cloaked in black and its scythe was hidden under its cloak. To everyone around, the puppet simply appeared to be a large man under a cloak, something that wouldn't raise too much suspicion.
Sudden explosions in the distance that Ping knew Tsoi caused marked the start of the attack. Still from up in the room, Ping began to use metal bending on her puppet causing it too draw its scythe from its cloak. People around began to notice the puppet and step back, a bit scared from both the explosions and the this strange 'man' wielding a weapon.
With inhuman speed and strength (Its technically not human, but the bystanders don't know this), the puppet lept forward into the crowd of people around it cutting through anything in its path. Ping didn't care who was killed, her job was simple, create a distraction to draw all Fire Nation soldiers from her allies to her area.

Chui Meizhen (Water Bender/ Steam Bender) heard the explosions caused by Tsoi and knew that the mission began. She stood in outside of the Fire Nation Palace. Using water bending on a nearby well, she created a staircase that led up onto one of the walls that overlooked the courtyard. Of course a couple of soldiers saw her do this and tried to stop her, but Chui hurried up the staircase then sent the whole thing flying toward both of them and crushing and killing them.
"Fools." She muttered to herself.
On top of the wall, Chui saw guards and random people who worked in the palace in the courtyard. There was shouting below when the guards spotted her up on the wall. It was no matter though, Chui job was to help Zhong sneak into the palace so that he could assassinate Firelord Tarek. This was more than a big enough opening.
Controlling the water in fountains in the courtyard, Chui created a large cloud of steam that suddenly consumed the entire courtyard. It was no ordinary steam however and she kept temperature of it constant at nearly 150 degrees Celsius. The were screams of agony from those below in the courtyard, as they were instantly boiled to death.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Zhong Zhiqiang (Air Bender/Assassin) heard the explosions caused from Tsoi's combustion bending and the screams of pain caused by Chui's steam bending. Zhong knew this marked the start of the invasion and made his way to the top of the Fire Nation Palace with extreme agility and stealth. He snuck in through one of the windows. Using a unique techinique in Air Bending, Zhong created a thick fog inside of the Palace which would hide his presence and raise confusion within the building. Muffling his sound with air bending, Zhong moved through the halls of the palace basically invisible to all guards.
He was the lucky one to receive the honor of finding Firelord Tarek and assassinating him.

San Kang (Water Bender/Blood Bender Healer) watched as Tsoi bomb the city from a Zeppelin high up in the sky. He didn't care much for the many who were no doubt being slaughtered from the explosions. Why should he? There wasn't much to look forward in life anyways other than pain.
San simply strolled through the streets amongst the panicking crowd. His job was to not attract attention to himself until needed. By 'needed' means healing injured allies. San shook his head. He no doubt got the worse job of the group.
[OOC: This marks the beginning of the invasion of the Fire Nation. To get involved simply reply saying where your character (Or characters) are during the initial attack. If you want, you can make them see a member of the Xuri doing something to show that your encounter will be with them. If you don't, then you will have a random encounter.
