Looking for RP (in all the right places?)

So, this is a list of my characters (click the colored names for a link to their character sheets!), a few specifics about each one, plus a mention of what kind of interaction each one might be looking for. If any one of them strikes your fancy, send them a PM ~ <3


Jurishe: a waterbending healer (recently become far more confident and competent through training at a clinic in Fire Fountain City), as well as an avid story collector. Not likely to be found in a tavern, but it could happen.
Age: 19    
Gender: Female    
Element: Water (healing), expert
Relationship Status: has a casual fling going with Zevran, is almost-sister to Katara, being trained in medicine by Akhet.
Looking for: someone with lots of stories, or perhaps another close friend such as Katara.


Kusu: an upbeat old swampbender who practices medicine and grows questionable herbs (and mushrooms). He is known to sing and has a very thick accent.
Age: 43    
Gender: Male    
Element: Water, intermediate
Relationship Status: accompanying Zair through the swamp, about to meet Yu Jin and Xilingshi.
Looking for: more people to lead through the swamp, those in need of cheerful old-guy wisdom.


Noe Kaskae: a vicious warrior and huntress from the Northern Water Tribe, who cut her hair short. She has rather volatile emotions and won't take anyone's shit.
Age: 21    
Gender: Female    
Element: Water (ice), expert
Relationship Status: Lukka is her youngest brother, otherwise single and untethered.
Looking for: interactions with other adult characters.


Lukka: a derpy teenage boy from the Northern Water Tribe, striking out on his own in search of adventure and his own place in the world! He feels a bit overshadowed by successful older siblings, but otherwise he's a pretty laid back, fun-loving kinda guy.
Age: 16

Element: Water, beginner
Relationship Status: Noe Kaskae is his older sister, otherwise being coached in the art of shopping by Alice.
Looking for: Excitement! Adventure! ...Someone to save him from whatever creature he's just inevitably pissed off!

Shi-Hao: a rich young heiress who enjoys gambling and fighting far more than shopping. Despite being born into money, she is a business woman and is looking to use her wealth to help others.
Age: 26    
Gender: Female    
Element: Earth, expert
Relationship Status: friends with Isikiro, working with Cyrad and company, jumped on the 'having a fling with Zevran' bandwagon, rescued by Makusei.
Looking for: tavern meetings, or fellow gamblers in the underground betting rings of Ba Sing Se.


Drey: a rather mountainous man, though very mellow; rendered mute by an accident in his youth. He now works as a miner, digging new mine shafts in pursuit of gems.
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Element: Earth, expert
Relationship Status: dating Isikiro, vague acquaintances of Shi-Hao by extension.
Looking for: tavern 'conversations' with folks who don't mind a lot of gestures to get his point across.


Tylia: a tough little earthbender girl with spunk and attitude, daughter of renowned highwayman Jing Bo Ironfist. Currently works as a courier for the Earth Kingdom Turtle-Duck Delivery Service.
Age: 15    
Gender: Female    
Element: Earth, intermediate
Relationship Status: racing down the Omashu mail chutes with Raiu, walking with Sagittaria, beating up jerks with Shiroaki.
Looking for: male characters (preferably late-teens, early 20's) to crush on, or meetings on the roads between deliveries.


Akira: a rich kid from the Fire Nation, self-proclaimed master swordsman and firebending genius, though he is unable to reliably light a candle or tell you anything about swords (except which end is the pointy one).
Age: 20

Element: Fire, beginner
Relationship Status: acquaintance of Varsha, being beat up by Ahlya.
Looking for: more beat downs, or a mentor to help him get his shit together.


Noriko: a military veteran turned masked vigilante to protect the lower rings of Ba Sing Se. Has trouble with showing emotions and creating friendships, but enjoys a good game of Pai Sho.
Age: 32    
Gender: Female    
Element: Fire, master
Relationship Status: nemesis of Daikon, partners with Kei and Naseru, had a Pai Sho game with Senpak Chu.
Looking for: other veterans to talk to, or Pai Sho partners.


Yu Jin: an Avatar Aang fangirl who left the Air Temple to follow the path he traveled when he was 12 years old. She is a bit precocious and big for her britches, but excitable as well.

Element: Air, beginner
Relationship Status: traveling with Xilingshi, about to meet Kusu and Zair.
Looking for: more meetings in famous "Avatar Aang Sites", or other kids to play with.


Kazuki: once a traveling nomad performer, now a wandering airbender with his trusty mandolin. Notable party guy and ladies man (though he never sticks around for the morning after).
Age: 27    
Gender: Male    
Element: Air, expert
Relationship Status: Lyndis is his new friend-with-benefits.
Looking for: fun times with fun people.


Minali: a curly-haired engineer whose interest leans toward machines that help non-benders accomplish things that benders do with ease - runs a toy shop in Fire Fountain City. She is sweet and has a southern belle-type accent.
Age: 18    
Gender: Female    
Element: Non-bender, expert
Relationship Status: married to Akhet, made the MULD-MAL for Kei, making heat-absorbing gloves for Katara, making a large-scale water pump for Cyrad and Company, cousin to Aralynn.
Looking for: further commissions for fantastical devices, or toy shop customers.


Aralynn: an art student of Ba Sing Se University, who prefers to be called "Lynn". Currently on a journey to complete a thesis for her mandatory anthropology class in order to graduate.
Age: 23    
Gender: Female    
Element: Non-bender, beginner
Relationship Status: being escorted by Kei, being escorted by Zevran, sketching Naseru in near-nude poses, cousin to Minali.
Looking for: bodyguards so that she can travel to more spirit locations, or tea shop meetings with other intellectuals.


Suzu: a courtesan assassin who began her career by destroying the men who ruined her father's business and drove him to suicide. In her off-time, she runs a lovely little tea shop in Omashu, called Tea Spirits.
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Element: Non-bender, expert
Relationship Status: single and untethered.
Looking for: clients needing assassinations, or visitors to her tea shop.

I could see a million and a half plots going with the amount of characters you have. Tylia and Shiroaki could go on a road trip to where ever, or Shiroaki could try to relay to Yu Jin the importance of self-identity (with her idolizing Aang and what not). These are a few ideas I have. Anything else you'd be willing to throw out there I'd be down for.

Edited to add Lukka and Drey, as well as update a few new character relations... Also added Suzu, even though she isn't quite ready yet (still a WIP).
